Thank *you* for the reply!

I can't wait to meet the upcoming characters too, now that you've teased them! :D

Also if my artistic ability was any good, and I had more spare time I would offer to help, too.. EITHER WAY! I think that it looks fine as it is, and the characters seem to be the biggest driving point, so I'm sure all will turn out faaaantastic!

I'll look forward to updates!

Hi! As it is now, it took about 10 minutes to complete - in which time, I didn't feel bored or like anything was dragging. The pace was fun!

The UI is so interesting, it's cooool! I think it did a lot for the slice of story presented, it gives off a regal - and somewhat too orderly fashion, which is good! I think it maintains the anticipation of something happening 'under the surface'.

I'm curious to see if the final result will still have the same art style or something different, and how that contrasts with the UI to create the particular atmosphere you have in mind. :>

And the characters were fine, I didn't dislike any. Personally I don't very much like too much inner monologue, but! Using it for exposition on the walk to school was a good way to bring the player into the frame of the player character.

Overall, fun! The anticipation of knowing there is going to be a breaking point, or suspenseful moment(s) really got me interested.

- [ I will happily take time to play it once finalised, or any other slices of progress are released. ] - :)

Thank you for the feedback! Of course I'll try out your work, thank you for sharing it!

I'm really happy you liked my writing style, and I hope you'll be happily informed that after this little project I committed to using entirely original assets for my VNs (however bad they may be T_T). Monosoul is my first original, and I'm currently working on another!

Thank you for your advice too, I'll try to incorporate different transitions for the upcoming project and see how that turns out :>

Thank you very much, I'll make sure the next feels more complete and less rough to play! :D

Guard is my favourite! I played around with tweaking it and found it really fun to use like this, especially with the game being so simple, and after adding an enemy that drains your mana bar..

Thank you so much for the feedback, I'll try my best to keep learning!

Thank you for commenting!

I'm actually experimenting with RPG-type sprite games now! It will probably take a little more time to learn them and put something fun together - but I am definitely going to make something aloooong those lines of an early era RPG / Action / Adventure game.

(Yes I will include NSFW content, I'll try to be more experimental and have some weirder scenes like you requested) :>

Thank you very much, your praise really made my day!

Your ideas are reeaally interestingly close. There's a huge emphasis on the soul so a spirit isn't too far off and fits the bill mostly the same, she isn't normal and she is definitely extraordinary. The world is definitely more of a sentimental one than the normal world as every 'thing' in it holds meaning (I really like the way you put it). And you're very right that she does refer to someone else aside from the PC, directly referencing another person once (which has implications for her part going forward), but it's mostly her talking to someone else.

I had ideas for a bigger version of this story but decided to present them in a much more obscure / open to interpretation way. So I do have lots of things in mind for a continuation :]

Extra: In the icon; the title of the game is off-centre, if you remove the 'Mo' part then it fits quite well. In the title screen, the 'Mo' is also a different shade to the rest of the name. The name intentionally has two meanings, that if you read them out; "One soul, no soul" - refer directly to the characters in the story. I won't spoil any more unless you want me to! :>

EDIT 2: I changed the text box style back to a very basic look, this is how it looked before, if you were wondering.. Despite it not looking as good, and kind of blocking more, I hope the current one is better overall.
