It has nothing to do with the capabilities of the AI. The characters were originally designed as such - with a dick and no pussy. Only because it suits the developers' tastes.
As you mentioned, on Itch this is the type of body structure most often meant by futunari, and it is the “default” for us. Because “futunari” as a hentai genre is a broader concept than the medical term “hermaphrodite”.
Also, HRT, pre-op and other medical terms have nothing in common with in-game fantasy universe, as characters there just born like this.
Futanari includes different types, and we added only "full package" or if it is easier for u "sans pussy" futas. No other types were even considered during development.
Now, what do you mean by stuck? After visiting all three tents, the game is finished, it is all content for current version. There is just no any kind of explicit end screen, so player can revisit them and explore the map freely.
The reason for this is that we don't have a permanent artist on the team yet, and we're working with different people to find someone we can continue to work with on a permanent basis.
Once we get there, we'll start working on redrawing all the graphics in the game in the same style.
