Thanks for playing! Yep, it was planned to be bigger than that. Nevertheless, I still have some ideas to try and expand it a bit.

Hi! The problems you've mentioned must be fixed in updated version. So if you still have interest in trying the game check the latest zip I've uploaded :)

Hey, I've fixed joystick requirements so you can try to play it on keyboard now! I recommend to play with a friend of course :)

Hi! I've added keyboard support along with other small fixes so you can try it now ;)

Nice idea but it's pretty easy to find optimal strategy: just place both dots at the top and bottom of the screen. Some things that may fix this: if the length of lazer between dots cannot be bigger than some fixed value; asteroids may spawn from different directions. Effects are nice though. Good job!

Cool idea! And I love how you presented it with all the music and art. Really felt like secret agent with supersofisticated experimental weapon :)

I find it too easy and would recommend you to consider adding additional force between main character and thrown magnet so the far you go the slower you move. It might give additional depth.

Good luck!

Oh you're right. I totally missed the requirement for keyboard/mouse support. Well then it's a well deserved ostracism 🙃

Yeah I know that it's an unpopular input decision. But I strongly believe that game jams are about trying something new and experimental not necessarily convenient.

Thanks for the kind words!

Thanks for letting me know! I did add check for second gamepad connected but forgot about case where no gamepads connected at all :(

Nice idea. Little too mindbending for me :) But I admire its originality and art style. Great job!

Super cool game! Had a lot of fun. Love how mechanics evolve in time and what's was the deadly obstacle before becomes a tool to solve puzzles. Best I've played so far. Congrats!

I'm just goona copy my review from twitter :)

Great metroidvania!

I only wish it has more open-worldish level and better tutorial on hook part. First I thought I can throw a hook only in left-right directions and used wall jump to pass first obstacles. I made it to the part with moving horizontal platforms and only then realized that I can hook up.

Nontheless great job!

Nice relaxing experience! And fits the theme perfectly. I only wish bird sounds weren't so sharp :)
