Theoretically - it would be cool. Practically - too much work. It's strange to spend time on implementing hardcore survival mechanics when you have untouched regions on map without quest and encounters. 

Realistically - I see this feature in following way - when you damage body part 3 times (3 stacks) you will receive permanent wound, that will give additional de-buffs and it could be healed only in Elise clinics. 

Game already have similar mechanics with creampie: when you get 3 stacks of creampie you'll get cumflation, that will decrease SPD even more.

To be fair - it's not about release, tis about content coverage. You have a lot of quest lines and ending is ready. For all Sybaris we have only 1 location with War Boss. 

Personally - I don't care about release date. I am Project Zomboid and Kenshi dick eater enjoyer, so I can wait 

Cocona sprites are absent in catacombs. After that, from the graveyard, it works just fine

Don't have solution for early game to be honest. Just struggle I guess. Leather, aka Hunter's aka Survival armor set gives you 11 survival status points, not traits. It will increase food spawn rate, but you will not receive access to crafting. So like... farm rabbits and cook generic meat soup.

Me personally right now is level 70 abomination. Never cook a single meal. In cities just sleep inside Inn. In wilds kill and "eat" anything that moving.

• Bloodlust + Bloody Mess - every kill gives you 3 food
• Desecrate - eat corpse and heals HP and Stamina

When you are traveling there will be always monster/bandits  free food, that will comes to you

Abomination mixed race Lona does not have tail on rebirth. It can be acquired thought console tho. Is it intendent?
