Thanks for streaming my little game!  Glad you enjoyed it too! There's plenty more I'd add if I had more time, but I did kinda want to try some more good bullet hell mechanics for my next go around.

Thanks again!

Yeah, there's a lot I would definitely like to add if I'd had more time.  It was actually made in gamemaker 2! And though I've been dabbling in programming and whatnot, this is my second official jam entry.  Thanks for playing!

Fun little game! I didn't get very far in it, but I enjoyed seeing the different things that tried to 'distract' you at the start of each round.  Lots of fun!

Neat game! Liked the color scheme and the mechanics, though I think maybe dialing in on the movement speeds would help. Enemies were interesting and I had a good clue on what they'd be like when they spawned in. (The star throwers were well telegraphed, the polearm guys gave you some wind up time, etc.)
I'd like to see more of this!  Well done!

Thank you!  I definitely would liked to have done more attack mechanics; combos with bigger beam effects, the last hit parrying bullets back at enemies, maybe contra style powerups.  At some point I might go back and do more with this one. XD

Thanks again for playing!

Many thanks!

Difficult, but fun! kinda like Hotline Miami!  I had a bit of trouble figuring out the swing of things with the mouse, but overall fun and unique!

This game is very well made, and already feels like it has some great polish to it! I'd love to see more of this with expanded movesets and characters as well!

Really fun game! The hi/low attack and block mechanic became really intuitive the more I used it, and I enjoyed being able to drop lamps in the fields to wipe out big groups of enemies.

The movement felt a bit floaty, and I think I would have liked to hear some ambient sounds; wind blowing, maybe muted sounds of battle, etc. Overall though really enjoyed it!

Thank you! Glad it was enjoyable!

Thanks, glad you liked it!  The exp drops are supposed to eventually increase attack (and other stats), but I didn't add any explanation in the game for that (lack of planning on my part due to time crunches, sadly) so it's a bit of an invisible mechanic. Power ups would definitely be a good addition!

Thanks, glad you enjoyed it! Adding a shop would definitely be something I'd like to try in my next project!

Thanks very much for the clarification! Looking forward to this jam!

Hi there! I read through the rules and couldn't find what I was looking for there, so I wanted to ask to make sure: Is it okay to form teams for this jam, or would you prefer if people make the games solo?

Thanks!
