press E on him :-)

Hello! Simply download the zip, extract it somewhere, then launch the É̶͙̌X̵͉͙̖̹̔̆E̵͎͍̦̓̚, hope that helps :)

Try pressing E on the one on the chair, that'll get everything started

I loved the camera smoothing and the camera wobble when taking steps, the lack of control when it came to moving is actually a positive thing since it made me feel like I wasn't in control and constantly in danger, gave the perfect feeling for a horror game, good job!

Great vid! Thanks for playing and I'm glad you enjoyed it

Really enjoyed watching your video! I'm glad you two liked the game :D

The first player to actually get the ending, congrats on deciphering all that abstract mess haha, thanks for playing!

The first user to point out the sad reality of it, thank you for playing and congrats on picking up on the hidden plot!

Hey Thanks for playing! My heart lowkey shattered when you skipped certain dialogue but it was a funny watch lol

LOL I really liked the video, I don't know why anyone is playing this either haha, thanks for playing!

hey there! What happens when you try to run it?

The aesthetic of this game is so spot on, everything was visually appealing and the sound design is flawless, the ending gave me chills, great job!

Haha you're welcome mister! Thank you for playing, I'm glad you enjoyed!

Everything is actually the same, the only difference is the item you choose to interact with at the very end, you can interact with two that'll lead to different ending screens. In terms of length, the project was mostly just a way to learn unreal quickly haha so it is a short experience. Thank you for playing!

haha I'm so glad you liked it! Definitely stay tuned because I'll be working on something much more polished and spoopier in the near future!

Looking back I definitely would have included more elements to increase the eerie atmosphere, the "backrooms" are meant to be oversized and uncomfortably large but I should have used the level design to keep it more interesting so I agree with that too! Thank you so much for spending the time to give this criticism, means a lot!

haha yes it's a very short experience indeed, thank you for giving it a try!

Thanks! I'm glad it had that effect haha

Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed it, and yes it is definitely something important for me to keep in mind for next time

Hey thank you for playing :D I tested it and it works on my end (the final item you interacted with is one of two you can choose)

Thank you so much, that means a lot to me!

Thank you so much, I'm glad you enjoyed it! And you're absolutely right on the checkpoints, something to keep in mind for the next project!

Thank you so much for the constructive criticism, will be taking those points into consideration for my next project! I'm glad you enjoyed it!

Thanks man! Really glad you enjoyed it!

I'm glad you liked the puzzle aspect of the game! Means so much to me, thank you!

Thank you that means so much to me!

This game was harder than darksouls LOL but such a beautiful entry, great work, it was a lot of fun!

Just the interpretation of the theme itself is really impressive, solid work on creating a unique aesthetic with an engaging narrative!

WOW is all I have to say, such a nice fun experience, lines were witty and funny, and the aesthetics were pleasing, I wouldn't mind playing future games with these characters, solid work all around!

I really like how you take such an old classic and reinterpret it in your own way through a new game, super cool idea! I felt like I was missing the mummy even when I felt like I should be hitting it, but apart from that it's a solid game and I enjoyed playing it!

I really really enjoyed this game, I found myself playing it until I maxed out all of the upgrades! Very simple yet still engaging gameplay! I will say though that I never actually lost, maybe I'm a pro gamer lol but perhaps the difficulty could be increased a bit, overall though solid work!

I found the game pretty fun! It was definitely a unique idea to remove the ability to move backwards in that first level

I really enjoyed the game! I especially liked the music, it really fits the theme and sets the atmosphere

I really like the aesthetics of the game, very nice simple 3D style!

Thank you, I'm glad you enjoyed it!

Thank you so much!
