I like this type of gameplay! the controls feel smooth and fun. It really needs sfx and and more game "feel". Maybe a little camera shake and vfx. Overall really good though!

Im creating a puzzle game myself and I want it to play like this one : )

Brilliant game! It feels extremely polished and it is my favorite in the jam now : ) . After close to an hour of gameplay Ive beaten every level except the top right one (I dont know the symbol) My only gripe with the game is the difficulty, Its a love hate relationship because if it werent so hard I would not fully appreciate the crazy mechanics that can arise out of the puzzle but some of it is down right infuriating. Some of them(like  one I am stuck on could use a nerf or maybe some clues to point in the right direction.) After playing enough I realize the game is mostly about manipulating negative space in your favor to reach places you should not be able to reach and stuff like level B is a perfect example of what I mean. I want you to know that this is the game I spent the most time playing in the Jam! 10/10

Would also appreciate it if you tried my game : )

I dunno why but it wrote my comment 3 times

The gameplay loop is really fun and addictive! The sound effects and music are catchy and charming! I like the old school graphics but they tend to get dizzying after some time. Overall really good though : )

Thanks for the feedback! Thanks for taking the time to understand it too, I know I didnt do a good job of explaining it. Im currently working on a less confusing version : )

I like the mechanics of the game! I also like the "sarcastic" word blurbs when you die or do random things. My biggest gripe with the game is that the art styles dont matchup at all. I mean the art is actually pretty good (especially the main character and the animations) but since they do not follow the same format it  feels a bit disjoint or messy.  pretty cool though!

Yeah I am too : )          (Would you care to play mine?)

Thanks for playing! I actually had a mechanic where you could change the position and hight of your head but I didn't get it working in time :(  I also wanted to put in more variety in enemies but I was too lazy. Anyways Im going to release a version with better lighting and distinction because of your feedback and other too. Thank you for the feedback :)

Really good visuals and sound design! It is much more polished than my (or a lot of jam submissions) The gameplay is solid and the movement is fun and fluid and I beat the game :) However, while the gameplay is solid and feels good,  it also feels like its kinda been done a before. It may have benefited from a unique mechanic or something. (I dunno know though)

yeah I was going for that SCP fee : )

Thanks for playing. Yeah I realize the controls are hard to get used too. I definitely needed to make a better tutorial. Thanks for the feedback

Yeah my game is also pretty unoptimized. Care to try it?

This is honestly really cool. I played for a while! I really like the mechanic of having separate random test subjects too. It feels generally really well polished. One thing I have to note though is that it felt too hard. The guys with the pistols felt like they turned around and shot me way to quickly.  Overall I dont understand how this doesnt have more plays!

I also struggled with a proper tutorial. (could you try my game out?)

Really cool design! I honestly think it looks pretty good compared to most 3D games in the jam (including mine) However there are some  things that could use improvement

1. I had really bad camera stutter. Now whether that is from lag or on purpose I cant tell but I know its really annoying

2.  I wish there was a soundtrack or at least sfx.

I liked it though and I cant understand why more people haven't tried it.  : )

yeah I also kinda skipped out on the tutorial or explaining very well. Thanks for playing though :)

If you dont mind id appreciate you looking at my game  : ]

I really LOVE The shaders used.(I really like the qr code bridge looking thing). I like the vibe and the asthetic used too. I wish it were it bit easier to know what to do though.  This super underrated with only 2 rates. ill fix that :)

I had trouble knowing what was going on until I read the other comment. I like the gameplay and the general feel of the game. I also really like how its faster pace than the other submissions The concept could be much more thoroughly explained though... Honestly deserves more rates :)

I was not expecting that! I like the presentation and the gameplay is smooth. (i would also like to jump with space though)  Really cool! :)

(1 edit)

Its interesting for sure. I like the the soundtrack but its hard to tell what going on in the gameplay :)

I like the design and the feel of the game! However its really hard to tell what's going on or what to do. I think I figured it out though  :)

I enjoyed the gameplay and I love the concept! I kinda wish it picked up speed faster because the first 3 nights were kinda boring

Fun gameplay! Having two shots feels very restricting at first but I got the hang of it.

That was really interesting. I love the way you used textures "wrong" to get a nice effect.

I love the feel and the general vibe

I put a small video tutorial to help explain the game more in the description. Sorry this response is late and thanks for playing!

This is great! I don't know how it happened that I left the shelf and I kept walking and when I turned back it was gone. I was stuck in eternal darkness but I restarted and played the game normally.

Thanks for playing with me failing to give a clear tutorial! There is a video in the description of the game that might explain it better.

now that you mentioned i probably could've saved my self some work and used actually unrendered textures...
