Hello YAL, I just bought the extension-- thanks for making such a great thing!
I'm currently facing a problem regarding live room editing, tho... Whenever I try to move an existing instance in the room editor, the game crashes showing this error:
############################################################################################ FATAL ERROR in Room Creation Code for room rm_live ds_map_find_value argument 1 incorrect type (undefined) expecting a ds_map at gml_Script_live_room_loader_add_layer (line 13683) - var l_ql_depth=ds_map_find_value(l_ql, "depth"); ############################################################################################ gml_Script_live_room_loader_add_layer (line 13683) gml_Script_live_room_loader_run_impl2 (line 14014) - live_room_loader_add_layer(ds_list_find_value(l_lrs,l_lrk)); gml_Script_live_room_start (line 14046) - live_room_loader_run_impl2(l_rm2); gml_Room_rm_live_Create (line 1) - live_room_start();
I'm pretty sure I set up everything according to the documentation (I also tried following Shaun Spalding's video to no avail)
. What could be causing this? I'm tagging this as bug, but please let me know if this is my own wrongdoing!
(I'm on the latest GM runtime but I also tried on the first 2024.2 one, should that information be helpful)
Thanks for the feedback, I'll fix the softlock with the next update!
As for her... Oh dang, you almost did it:

peeping through the crack in the wall is the right answer, but you've probably put the camera down too early and the game locked the encounter. You can still get to see her by resetting progresses (or removing the .ini line that refers to "keeper", if you don't want to play it from the beginning). She's made to be a sort of "secret" encounter, despite what the intro says! Next time keep looking.
In any case, thanks for playing!
Thanks a lot for the analysis!
There is a checkpoint system: every time you accept a new contract, the game saves (it is written below the Accept button). Restarting from the first room might've been confusing to you, but you were indeed in possession of all the keys and weapons you collected up to that point. Even your contract is the very same as it were when you agreed to it.
Again, thanks for the feedback! Let me know if you'll give the game another go!
Hello and sorry for bothering!
I don't know if this is the right place to do so (feel free to delete this post if that's the case), but I wanted to let you know that there's a misnamed entry in your "Engines and Tool" list, at the moment. The tool called "GameMaker: Studio" (no matter which version) has been rebranded simply as "GameMaker" some time ago. I don't know if you already knew this, I just thought it would be nice to have the correct name on the list (or a list of all the versions if you prefer so, since some games are still made with GM8 or Studio: 1)!
Thanks a lot for the awesome portal that is Itch, keep up the good work :^)
Such an awesome shader! Easy to import, use and customize, perfect for poor silly devs like me which can't grasp the cool sorcery that shaders are.
I'm currently trying out Horri-fi on a 3d game and I'm having trouble drawing GUI text (looks like the culling mode is affecting the shader). Is there some specific stuff I need to know when using Horri-fi in a 3d environment?
Again, kudos to you and thanks for sharing your knowledge with everyone!
Thanks a lot! Try out my Memorial Pillage, maybe you'll find that kind of controls more suitable
