Eight days ago, I uploaded my game called Lucky Phone. The game hasn't appeared in the catalog, and the build was marked as Quarantined when downloaded. A couple of days later, I sent an email to support with several questions, but I only received a notification confirming the registration of my inquiry. I have thoroughly read all the information on this topic (getting-indexed) twice, but it's been over a week now, and I still have no idea if any additional actions are required from me or how long I should expect to wait. Is there any way to expedite the review process, especially since marketing plans are heavily dependent on this?
I would like to drive traffic to my Itch game's page, but I can't start doing so while the game is in such a strange and questionable status.
