thank you! :D

thanks for the feedback and for playing!

Thanks! There is a slight coyote timer on the player, buuuut i think i didnt spend enough time tweaking it just right, and ended up making it a little too short. Probably gonna play with a lot of those values when i get around to it

really cool concept, and i commend you on trying such an ambitious one for a jam! i ended up getting a little lost towards the end, when it wouldnt let me build and more structures and my hydrogen was depleting.

thanks for the feedback! on the growing / falling effect - i kept it super simple. on my characterbody2d i had 3 sprites, each with their own collision shapes, for each candle size. depending on the state i simply enabled / disabled them all to match the state. feel free to check out the source code on my github listed on the submission page!

thanks for the feedback! yeah, i was trying to tune the slide-y nature of the controls to feel right when changing direction mid sprint, but in doing so i think i went a little too hard on the slipperiness of regular movements and lost some of the precision platforming elements. something i hope to refine for sure

fun idea that was challenging enough to keep me engaged but not discouraged! impressive amount of art and sound for solo dev too! the controls could be tweaked just a little to make it feel a bit more natural, maybe add a little bit of momentum to the jump movement, or reduce the amount of control you have while in the air. I found myself over-adjusting a lot because of how much control you had in the air. keep it up!

Nice work! I liked the charming atmosphere and art. Cute idle game material for sure. I accidentally end my run when i bought a new plot with the remainder of my money and no seeds left to plant oopsie :D

cool idea and i liked the general theme! i had some trouble on most of my runs though... a couple times i spawned in a hallway that was blocked at both ends, and it seems in that case you kind of just have to wait for 2 minutes. i'm guessing that countdown at the end is the "extraction" countdown, since i didnt really see a clear way to go back to base other wise.

there are vibes happening here for sure

unfortunately it seems that I can't really leave the starting area. the kid is blocking the only path i could find even after poking around for a while. hope the dev can figure it out!
