I hope this is just a wild coincidence, but I'd like to point out that Night 1 and I are different people, in case there is any confusion.

Glorious! You're an Archmage and a Savant Scholar! Your understanding of the code, and how scattered about the script files the coding is, must be near par to Maverik's! I greatly appreciate you pointing out the specific lines I needed, you've just changed the way I can interact with my slaves on a fundamental level. Much oblige ankmairdor!
Hi Strivers! This is a particular question that I feel will be seen by more eyes here, and it involves Interactions and what I believe should be in the Mansion.gd file in /files/scripts. In the current version and several before it (I still prefer 0523c currently, but do have and use 0525 for experimenting), you may only use Meet or Sex with a specific slave once a day, regardless of how many Interactions your main character's Endurance rating allows. In 0523c, so long as you do not initiate intimacy (request or otherwise), you can use Meet as many times as you have Interactions, allowing you to Date or Torture or whatever the same slave over and over again. However, you cannot do the same with Sex. In previous versions, but after the new sex system was introduced, there was no limit on either of these options so long as you had Interactions to use, unless you request intimacy or pushed down the slave. Essentially, this meant that you could Teach your slave indefinitely (provided you could reduce the stress between Meetings to avoid getting them bored with the activity), or, and this is what my long-winded post is actually about, you could Rape them indefinitely as well. I'm looking for the right line of code to revert that option on Sex so that it does not "gray-out" after one sex scene with a slave on the same day.
It stands to reason, at least for version 0523c, that if you have 100 Interactions for the day (I like to edit stats, and the game engine allows these kinds of numbers) and can spend ALL 100 on a single slave Teaching or Dating them, then you should also be able to Rape them that many times as well. Rape was a much more common and useful tool in previous versions of Strive for a variety of reasons, and I don't see the logic in reducing it to once a day the way it stands now. How can I have 100 Interactions in a single day, and spend only 1 of those per slave? They're your property and Interactions are supposed to represent your main character's endurance/stamina, it's not related to Time (which is mythical in this game anything [which I enjoy]). I've seen lots of posts of people beating the entire game in only a few game days, probably without the massive edits that I like to do to my game, so this restriction of only being able to Interact with a specific slave once a day (for Meet or Sex) is entirely a programming choice, and that is exactly what I'd like to change.
Can anyone really be satisfied with raping Melissa only once a day after she killed your starter/favorite slave? I can't, especially after some of my much older games in past versions before I started editing the script files, where I was in over a hundred game days and literally lost REAL LIFE days of gameplay progress due to the final battle forcing you to choose between your favorite slave or to capture Melissa at the end.
If anyone has experimented around and found that line of code, I'd really appreciate it if you'd share that information here. I know Strive 1 will be obsolete one day, but currently it's still one of the most fun games I enjoy playing casually while I let music or youtube play in the background. Thanks!
The "farmmana" is the bug I'm referring to, I plan on editing the rest but I need to get on the Discord so I know exactly where to include the lines to fix the bug. I already edited the lines for halfkin reputation, but the instructions on the forum to add text after line 1278 in globals.gd is a little counterintuitive, so I'll get on the Discord remedy that.
Thanks for the headsup.
I'm just curious if there will be any patches for version 0.5.25 of the game, like at least for the criitical script bug that reqiures correction to continue playing. I know there is information on the Discord, but I don't want to go through the trouble of editing specific files if a patch is coming soon enough that'll erase my work. If there aren't, then I'll join the Discord to get the specific corrections since they're not specified on the forums here on itch.io
Specializations and "win in a fight" do not need you to talk to the slave again to advance their level as they'll level up as soon as the condition is met, but all item requests do require talking to them a second time if you did not have the item in your mansion inventory beforehand. When you already have the items for their level up before talking to them, they'll immediately take it and there's no need to talk to them again as the dialogue allows you to give them the items right there. Any time you have to actually acquire said items, like hair dye or chain mail or a longsword, you have to talk to the slave again after getting the item(s) in order to give it to them for level-up.
It's always been this way since the level-up system was changed, but I suppose it can seem confusing if you've never ran into this issue before and are still new to all the little nuances of the game and how it functions. Still, you knew you had to talk to the slave to initiate the level-up process, so you should have at least attempted to talk to the slave again after acquiring the item. Try talking to your slaves more often, you can learn a bit of how they feel about you and their situation as their loyalty, obedience, and stress changes.
And remember, items need to be in your mansion inventory, not your backpack/party inventory, in order for the game to make use of them. This goes for quests as well, not just leveling up.
~~I've not enough informations on the next waited version to launch such a project so I think I'll stop trying modding and only produce an overhauled version for my own usage.~~
This is exactly what I do every update, as I've found modding to not be very effective with Strive. Each newest stable version I'll start editing all .GD files in the game that suit my desires. It's taken a lot of trial and error to find out which values cannot be changed or else they break the game, especially in globals.gd. Most of the .gd files in the \scripts folder and subfolders can be edited much easier, though you have to make absolute certain you don't forget to end each code fragment with quotes or else the script will run right through into the next one, and you have errors that can break the game.
First off I want to say how much I enjoy this game, and all the changes that have occured have only improved the quality of the experience. Much props and love for the developer, it's extremely rare to find a game that touches upon the sensitive subjects that go on in your game, and even more rare to find it uncensored.
I take much pride in finding, and cropping, the right images for the personal portraits I put into this game, but since the recent resolution change, portrait sizes have shrunk. I know you can't anticipate every player's resolution settings, but I would love for portrait sizes to be increased, a lot. I'd be happy with doubling the portrait size, I'd be ecstatic with tripling the portrait size frankly. I love being able to see my girls smiling at me as I click through their individual menus.
Also, as I'm sure you've already been told before or someone has pointed out and I haven't noticed (or it was said on your Patreon), the Inventory Screen does not name the individual you have selected when you're switching gear around. It gives their energy and health totals, and their race "ragdoll" (which is a gorgeous touch which I love! demon players unite!), but does not specify beyond that.
I tend to ramble when I type on forums, so I'll wrap this up with my last selfish suggestion: Yris's portrait is outdated, far more than anyone else's. Her face is cute, though maybe under her Beauty rating, but her body shape is meh. Of all the girls, Yris's portrait does not seem to live up to expectations.
