I was refering to the motif. I do agree with the fact that it's important to mess around with the motif and make it so that it benefits your song. I just meant you went a little bit too far. But I really enjoyed listening to the song.
I really like it. The backing instruments complement the melody very well. The end is a bit dry, but I like it. This should be classified as intermediate, though.
I like the jazzy aspect to it. I don't find the role of the motif as important in the song; I think you stretched it a bit toofar. But I do like it. [Btw thanks for the feedback]
I liked the track a lot. I just wish I could hear the Motif a biit more (I think it fits well in the track). However, I don't think you should classify yourself as a begginer.
It is very clear you're an advanced songwriter. The only reason I didn't like it that much was because I'm not a fan of this type of music. You did a pretty good job.
For a newcomer, this is pretty great. I encourage you to keep practicing and creating. The only advice I would give you is to see how certain instruments overlap with each other.
