Hey all, making a follow-up for a support request I issued. Ticket ID is 154897.

I was previously in contact with itch support to get the CSV export of ratings for the game jam I'm organizing. I followed-up with them recently to see if I can get the data now since it is nearing the end of the rating period and we need some time to look through the data before the jam ends. Haven't gotten a response back, so I'm posting here. We have some time-sensitive matters to take care of that depend on getting the data. Would really appreciate a response from support so we at least know the status of getting the export and can plan accordingly.

Attention all gamers and devs! We're entering the final week of voting for Lv. 99 Game Jam. Remember, 5 lucky voters will win a PICO 4 All-in-One VR Headset. Play now at https://itch.io/jam/lv-99-game-jam/entries before it's too late!

Thanks, greatly appreciate the help! I've submitted the support request. The ticket ID is 153448.

We are currently running Lv. 99 Game Jam, which has a prize pool. We want to ensure that no suspicious activity is going on with a large prize pool at stake. It would be immensely helpful if we can get an export of the rating data. Thank you.

Hey, reopening this question since I haven't received a clear answer to this yet. Is it possible to get access to the full list of raters who rated on submissions for your game jam?

Hey everyone! The public voting period for Lv. 99 Game Jam has started. The theme was "Take A Deep Breath" and tons of really cool games were submitted. Hope everyone can check out a few of them and show some love to the awesome indie game devs who worked on them! We also have PICO 4 All-in-One VR Headsets to giveaway to five lucky voters!

Start rating now at https://itch.io/jam/lv-99-game-jam/entries

Hey Samyraj, we are using the Rating Queue system for voting to help ensure ratings are distributed in a fair manner. Your game should receive more ratings before the end of the voting period.

Hi Ana Muslim, we did not receive any submission with the title "Fruto Kingdom". But I do see that your game was submitted successfully to Lv. 99 After Party.

Hi Ana Muslim, could you let us know the title of your submission and the name of the account that submitted it? We'll check for your submission once you can let us know.

Hi Mystic, there will be no prizes for this jam. It's purely a showcase for the games that were unable to be submitted for Lv. 99 Game Jam. So there's no new theme involved.

Hey, everyone! First off, huge congratulations to everyone for completing Lv. 99 Game Jam! We’re having a great time playing all the games you’ve submitted. Second, we have some exciting news to share with you.

For those of you who missed the submission deadline for Lv. 99 Game Jam or couldn't upload a playable file of your game in time, we are excited to announce that we will be opening an additional jam on Itch called Lv. 99 After Party! This is an opportunity for the amazing games that couldn't make it to shine and be showcased for the rest of the community. We understand that not everyone was able to submit their games on time, and we wanted to make sure that your hard work and creativity does not go unnoticed. Visit https://itch.io/jam/lv-99-after-party for more details or to submit your game!

Hi ImeDev. There are no age restrictions for the game jam. Anyone can win and receive the prize money as long as they can provide valid bank account details to Project 99. Please check the "Prizes" section on the main page.

Hi Krizzirk, that's exactly right! The theme is open to interpretation, but also keep in mind it will be a scoring component for the public voting period.

Hey realtealtea, you will still receive the prize money if you are in the Top 3 but cannot go to Singapore. It will only be a forfeiture of the Singapore flights and accommodations. The prize money is unaffected.

Hi Anurag Dubey, if you're still looking for a team, try the 'find-a-team' channel in our Discord server! Plenty of folks there also looking for a team to work with.

This is your last chance to sign up for an on-site location for Lv. 99 Game Jam! Don't miss this opportunity to meet and work with new people plus get instant feedback from other game devs.

Secure your spot now at https://www.lv99gamejam.com/site-select before it's too late!

The jam hasn't started yet, but good to know that option is available after the submission period ends! Just wanted to check. Thanks for the info.

Hey Krizzirk, no worries if you can't attend on the 8th. We'll be hosting repeat telecasts throughout the weekend, so you'll be able to catch it on the 9th! Repeat telecast times TBA soon.

Hello, is there anyway on the hosts' end to get a collective list of those who voted/rated submissions for game jams with Public Voting? I see that there's a live submission feed where you can see who is rating what submission, but I was wondering if there was a more convenient or cohesive way to keep track of all the users who are voting? Thank you in advance.

Hello, I understand that for game jams, hosts can do an email blast to all the joined participants' email addresses. Is there anyway to limit it so that the email only gets sent to those who submitted a game (aka 'Submitters')? Right now I only see an option to all those who joined. Thanks in advance.

Sign up now at https://www.lv99gamejam.com/site-select

Hi Velcro Games, having a team is NOT mandatory for Lv. 99 Game Jam. You may participate individually OR in a team of up to 5 people.

Hey y'all! Just a reminder to register for a site at https://www.lv99gamejam.com/site-select if you're planning to jam physically at one of our on-site locations! Each site host has a limited capacity, so try to sign up as soon as you can.

This is a reminder for participants who are planning to go to an on-site location! If you're just jamming online, you DO NOT need to sign up for a site. Thanks everyone!

Hey Krizzirk, the submission list will be hidden until the submission period ends! But any individual submission page can still be accessed directly via URL.

Hi reymi, full details and arrangements for flight and accomodations will be provided during the winners' announcement on May 31st. But we recommend that finalists should try to clear their calendars between at least 19-25 June!

Hey Krizzirk. The clause "Project 99 shall always have the first right of refusal to make an offer to publish the Developed Games" means that P99 will always have the right to make the first offer to publish the Developed Game within 12 months of the conclusion of the game jam, which the developer may choose to accept P99's offer OR choose to self-publish their game.

In the case that the developer decides to work with any 3rd party game publisher within the 12 months, they shall notify Project 99 in writing and provide relevant details of the publishing offer they received. Within 30 days of notice, P99 can either match and offer a publishing contract on the same terms OR not match the terms and waive its first right to publish the Developed Game.

Remember that developers retain full rights to the IP of the game they developed in the game jam and rights to self-publish it as a developer.

All of this info can be found under the 'IP & Rights' Section on our itch page.

Hi Scry Quest, that's perfectly fine! As you mentioned, as long as each person is registered, you guys are good.

Hey Velcro Games, as long as the game can uploaded to Itch and playable on PC, you're all good. We just encourage WebGL export because it may make it easier for people to play and vote for your game. Just something to keep in mind!

Hell yeah! 🎉
