In the developing process, I encountered that moving a giant bell without any pushback was a bit weird. Making you hold the button had two reasons besides that:
1. It fixes any bug related to grid movement.
2. It helps you guide your character, since it faces the direction you choose before you actually go through with the decision and, as a game where you can get killed if you're out of cover, I found it sort of important.
Whereas closing the game after death was more of a time saver than anything else. However, I could've invested more time in that feature than making the intro/outro work properly lmao.
Thanks for playing & for the good wishes, means a lot to me since I'll be using this engine for the making of my full game (well, it's already in development).
P.S: Absolute legend.

Play it if you have the time, I have no ambitions, although I'm proud and want some constructive criticism. I'll play your game when I get home. Keep spreading the positivity!

I would appreciate some feedback, I know what I did poorly (synergy between the main game & combat system, text from the chat log pushing out of the box, the clock is kinda poorly made), but I'm still proud of the combat system & dialogue. I'll play your game when I get home. Keep up the positivity!

Let's see what you can do, wonderful human being. Appreciate your contribution to the overall positivity in the community!
This is such a wholesome community. I'm really influenced by the game "Wasteland" for DOS in most of what I'm doing recently, so I made a classic RPG and mixed it up with some stuff I came out with on the go. I think I kinda threw most of my knowledge in this, which had a negative impact in the overall synergy of both overlays and didn't have much time to flesh out my project, since I only had 1 day. Even with all of this, I'm really proud of what I did and the combat system mixed with the dialogue do work well imo, tho the rest of the game is kinda meh.
