I've made a couple of games here so I'd be down to join

If you're going to do a game jam, make sure your schedule isn't busy. When the theme is revealed, start thinking about ideas and make sure to write them down somewhere to not forget.

Games don't have to be perfect

Games here are prototypes and don't have to be fully fleshed out. Make anything (as long as it corresponds with the theme and rules) you want and release it!

Take breaks and stay hydrated

It's easy to get lost on your project so it's a good idea to add reminders to take breaks at some point. Stand up, stretch,  go outside for a walk to clear your mind, and stay hydrated.

Have fun

Games jams are all about having fun and making something you enjoy. When you release your game, you'll feel proud on what you created and that will motivate you to participate in more jams!

Hello, I have done 3 game jams on my own so far and thought it would be fun to join and create with other people. I use Unity and GitHub for source control. If anyone is looking, hmu

Thank you :)

Golf: Anatomy Edition. You should probably add like a checkpoint around the middle of the game because I was in the brain part and died for no reason and then the timer ran out. Also if you restart the level, the timer doesn't reset and your timer goes negative.

I completed the game but I think the enemies really didn't contribute to the gameplay since I was just skipping all of them. I also think the amount of lives you start with is way too generous since the enemies take like 4 hits to remove 1 heart and sometimes the attacks don't register if you look away from them at a certain distance. The game is and looks good though the enemies can use some tweaking :)

You can change the camera speed in custom mode but after a certain threshold, the game becomes impossible due to either the gravity or just because :) Thanks for the feedback!

I would've loved to add graphic details but I am no 2D artist so I went for the simple route and just basic shapes :) I also tried to make the game very responsive such as when the cube explodes or falls, you can left mouse click or press space to start again right away instead of waiting for the transition. The custom mode was also another last minute decision and I think I'll probably add more settings.

Thanks! I also enjoyed how the menu highlighting came out in the end since it was a final thought.

Yeah, while play-testing I kind of thought of it as a game of patience where you have to wait for the camera to catch up. You could change the speed in the custom mode but it's pretty impossible after a certain speed lol. Thanks for the feedback.

I believe the color highlighting was a last minute decision because I thought the menu looked too bland. The end result came out nice. Thanks for playing!

Yeahh, I just updated it with a slider in the pause menu so I hope it works better now. Thanks for trying it out :)

I was thinking of removing it at some point since it looks like trash from afar but I forgot :)

cool game , I got stuck on a wall while transitioning dimensions lol and my brain kept confusing the space bar for the jump button. overall pretty creative.

Thanks for playing my lame game. I didn't think the sensitivity was gonna be really bad since when I drafted it, it played fine for me. Goes to show I really should've added a sensitivity slider in the menu!

yah, prolly should've added a sensitivity slider
