Thank you for the playing the game.

Thank you for playing my game!

YEY another Godot Game! The arts goes hard and I found the sounds to be really fun too. I did wish the game a little longer but you guys did great for 48hrs.

This is really cool. I love the concept and the playing is really fun too. I think there should be a bit more feedback when the player take damage, for example some sound effects would be great to notify the player that they got hit. I think this game would also benefit a lot from camera shakes and an impact/freeze frame too. Overall good job!

Amazing Game! I love the tactile feeling of the gun, the level feels really fun. I love the songs and the art too. Very detailed and looks great.  Although I think that Workshop level's enemies and elf placement are a little unfair. Some of the elfs keep running into the bullets from the enemies. The other levels I think are great but maybe a little easy compared to the Workshop. I also thought throwing the coco cup was a little underwhelming due to the lack of SFX.

Very cool submission, I really like the concept, although I did find the control to very a little confusing.

Very good submission. I think you could have the goal keeper? the defender squatch a little smarter since I found if I was to run around the edge, it became very easy to score. Other than that, love the song and intuitive control!

Yeh, I felt like I did too much for the queen, thank you for the feedback!

Thank you for playing the game. Initially I wanted to have multiple enemies and any dwarfs that died won't get reset between enemies, but in the end it was too much for me to do so I didn't actually use the wild card. Thank you for the feedback!

Thank you for playing the game!

Thank you for the helpful feedback.

Amazing game. Very fitting graphics and amazing job on the progression of the game. It is also very well polished and very intuitive to play. I also love the transition in between scene and the UI of the game. This is a very good game :).

This gam is so cool, the art is especially beautiful. I also love how you did the audio too. Overal such a beautiful experience!

Ah I will try to get that fixed quickly! Thank you for yhe feedback :))

Thank you for enjoying the game.

Let's just say my highscore was maybe less or more than 3000 for medium mode :))

Thank you

Also here is mine if you want to give some feedback : https://itch.io/jam/1-bit-jam-wow/rate/2220757

(1 edit)

Hi, you got a nice game. I love the sound design, effects and art. I think you used one bit pretty well in your game. I am also really impressed with the game over animation. Voice designs were great. Since I am looking into horror games, I will be taking notes from your game.

If it's possible, I also think it would be easier to get feedbacks and ratings if you build it as a web bundle. I am not sure for other people, but I did have to turned off my firewalls and that might drive people away.

That was an interesting game, here is mine https://itch.io/jam/1-bit-jam-wow/rate/2220757

I like the concept.

Although if I put the portals mistakenly on top of each other, I will just speed up until I glitched into the walls.

Otherwise, fun game, good job.

Hi, I am looking forward on your feedback : https://itch.io/jam/1-bit-jam-wow/rate/2220757

I left a rating on your game, you can play mine here : https://itch.io/jam/1-bit-jam-wow/rate/2220757

Thank you for the honest feedback, this was actual really helpful. My goal is to at some point create an actual commercial horror game and I wanted to experiment with alot of things. Jumpscares was one of them, and it is "good" to know now rather than later that it don't belong.

Alright I was able to get a web build going.

Yes I am trying it out after looking at everyone's games :))

That was really fun. Great game loop. well use of the dithering effect, satisfying mechanics, beautiful music and just a well thought out concept.

This is the first time ever I finished a game. Here is Arise of the Roaches where the player have to survive as long as possible by repelling horrifying cockroaches: https://itch.io/jam/1-bit-jam-wow/rate/2220757 It also have a little ending if you are up to the challenge

Loved it, It might only be me but it does give me some of the Getting Over it and jump king vibe with simple responsive mechanics and punishing levels, although not to that extent of punishing. The sound effects and songs also fit well with the 1 bit theme of the jam.   I would love to hear your feedback too: https://itch.io/jam/1-bit-jam-wow/rate/2220757

It's really fun. Definitely a little punishing for me, but I had a great time enjoying the game while I was at it.

I think your game is great, I think the best part of it was the music and art. The concept itself is also very cool. Although I find the web version to be quite laggy.

There was a "tiny" hint in the game page.  Although the number was for something else :D.

Also thank you so much for enjoying the game

I wonder how many people would be able to find the ending.
