Yeah, you weren't kidding when you said the game is hard. I was unable to get past the 3rd wave. Having said that I feel like the concept was amazing. I really like how you didn't just have different enemy types but each of them had their unique characteristics and were quite lethal when they appeared together. The book was a great feature too. It serves the function of both a bestiary and an instruction manual for the player.  Sound effect and art was pretty good as well.

This was a fun experience. I really like how you guys used the theme as one of the main features of the game. The art was amazing and varied from the different game screens to the characters in the game. The music was fantastic as well. I really like how the music at the start has a serious tone and then suddenly bursts into this upbeat tune.
In terms of gameplay, having the players get multiple endings and high-score adds to the replayability of the game. All in all I had a good time playing the game.
Also, I have no idea how you guys made this game in like less than 3 days. Do you have some special days with more than 24 hours in them xD.

The music in the game is really good. I also like how you guys used 2D and 3D art together. I played through the game twice because I wanted to try and restore life to all the mushrooms and vegetation. Lastly, I appreciate the fact that I can just hold space to take flight rather than repeatedly tap space. Fun game overall.

Not gonna lie this game is kinda sus XD. Good job on the music and ambience.

Hey there, I appreciate you for taking the time to try out my game. I enjoyed watching your playthrough and commentary on the game as well, it was really fun. As for the evidences that you weren't able to find one of them is in the doctor's office while the other one is in the Vending machine like you guessed in your video.

The Code for the vending machine is difficult to find only because I want to make it a bit of a challenge for the player to be able to collect all evidences and get the best ending.

Hey, thanks for trying out the game. Appreciate your feedback and also the fact that you decided to replay the game  in order to get different endings.

Silverwood Hospital is  a short 25 minute long Puzzle game with elements of horror to it. The game focuses on the the player character making their way across an abandoned hospital to search for pieces of evidence regarding the experiments being conducted in the said hospital.

The game is primarily a puzzle game but, I have also worked to create a horror atmosphere in the game with help of lighting, props and a few sound effects. The game has 3 different endings as well. The endings will change depending the on the number of evidence pieces that the player is able to collect.

Here are some screenshots of the game

If you do try out the game, make sure to let me know in the comments if you find any game breaking bugs in your playthrough and also what you think about the look and feel of the game and how the game plays out.

That was a fun backrooms game. Lots of different encounters and that ending was definitely not something I expected.

The game plays really well. Love the 3d models as well. Managed to get 2:42 on hard difficulty.

Enjoyed the game. Loved the whole concept of "Keeping the brain alive after death". Seems like a concept that you can build on if you plan on working on this game or something similar in the future. On a side note does the game have anything to do with SteamVR. After I started the game, SteamVR started running along with it.

Albeit the game being in it's early stages it still sets up a really good atmosphere and a foundation for what's to come. The writing is well done. Really excited to see how the art and music/sound shape up with the final release.

That was a fun prototype. I liked the pixel art, the game was easy to understand and the controls felt good as well.

Brilliant game, the art reminds me of NES games especially tennis. The menu is really cool, my only suggestion would be to make the game more readable like maybe by having a gameplay tutorial of sorts. All said and done I think this is an amazing entry and would definitely like to come back to it if you update it in the future.

Loved the art on every single different form. The level design was not bad either and the music was amazing. Not really much to complain about here, pretty well done considering the time limit.

That was a fun game and I hope more people who play the game are able to find the secret in Level 2.

The art was really cool, I also liked the the menu screen. The controls were good and so was the game music. My only complaint would be that the game could have been more challenging, having said that for a game that has been made in 3 days i feel like this was quite well done.

Really good puzzle game. The art was good and I also liked the sound effects in the game. The idea of the players size increasing on eating each burger which reduces the jumping height does well to integrate the theme of the jam and also makes the puzzles interesting. The puzzles were well thought of and the ending at the was brilliant. Good job!

The game was really fun and it was really smooth as well. The art was well done. Love the addition of the feature where if you eat multiple people at the same time you get extra score. When I started playing this game I was wondering how does this game become challenging and, my question was answered shortly after my score went above 24-27 with the massive number of police spawning in. I don't know if you plan to work on this game further but, if you do then I would love to see level layouts (eg: the zombies can be in a destroyed city with like burning cars or they can be in a science lab/research facility).

This was a really cool game. The art was vibrant and I like the fact that you decided to keep it simple and not add too many colors. The theme was integrated in a very unique way. My only suggestion for improvement would be to make the movement a bit more tight. I feel like this would especially make the part right after second checkpoint(where you first introduce the slanted tiles) really enjoyable. Overall a really great game though, loved it.

Good idea and nice art as well but, there is bug with jumping which in game where jumping is key element makes it a bit difficult to progress. Other than even the sound effects for jumping and breaking the wall were really good as well. Also I like the fact that in order to increase or decrease the player size you don't need to keep pressing any buttons and can just drag it with a mouse.

This is a really fun game with good music to go along with. My main issue however was that the game would sometimes not register the input which causes problems as the game moves really fast. I feel like if the user input bug is fixed this would be great game.

Love this entry. I was a big fan of choose your own adventure books growing up and this reminds a lot of those books. Even though the game was short it was a fun experience and the writing was well done, to add to that I liked the different dialogues, for example when you try to talk to yourself or hit the hammer and stuff like that. Would love to see you expand on this game or maybe make a similar longer game.

Thanks for trying out the game. I am currently working on the feedback but as far as music goes its not really my strong suit, still I am working on adding sound effects for the bullets and enemies. Check out the game once I update it if you get the time.

Damn! this game is really cool, the art is brilliant and I really like the animation of gravitational pull. The feature of playing simulation is nice alternative to restarting the level as it allows the player to just simulate and see what happens in the level without trying to adjust the size of planets, after which the player can change the size accordingly. Good job!

Hej hej thanks for playing my game. I'm happy that you enjoyed it even though it is in early stage. I am currently working on adding visual indicator for bullet type, sound effects for bullets and player health. As far as progression is concerned I have a few ideas but it is something I have not implemented in any of my previous games so it might take some time. I hope you get the chance to revisit the game once it is updated.

Thanks for checking out my game, I am currently working on a few minor updates and will be pushing them live some time next week, hope you check it out. By the way I keep reading your name as Daniel King only to realise it's kanielding :p.

The music is amazing, the art is hella trippy absolutely love it. The game plays really well and the controls feel good. I think I had too much fun playing the game.

I had no idea what the game was supposed to be looking at the screen shots and boy was it a fun experience. I really love the way the game plays, really simple to understand but challenging when it comes to execution.

The art was fantastic and so was the music. The mechanic of keeping the fire burning helped add the element of challenge to the game. I really liked the fact that the player needs to adjust the flame, they cannot let it die nor can they increase it too much (side note: loved the animation when player burns). The fire mechanic combined with platforming makes for an interesting game. The checkpoints were a good idea. Given that there were not many variations in the game, the length of the game was quite adequate. Well done!

Thank you for taking your time to play the game. As of now I am working on visual queues for ammo type since many people who played the game suggested that.

I just replayed the game to shrink the mirror and holy shiiit!!! Well done, I never thought of doing that during my playthrough. This game just keeps on giving.

Thanks for playing my game. I agree with your comments regarding the audio and features like having visual queues for ammo type. I am currently working on the same and will most likely post an updated version of the game by next week with as many updates as possible.  I hope you will be able to check out the updated version as well.

Really had fun playing this game. Not gonna lie took me some time to complete the companion mushroom level because I am a dum dum. Other than that the music was really good. I also liked the fact that the game had a story to it as to who the player character was and why they were there. Even though it dose not end well for the player there still is an ending which makes this almost like a complete game. Most importantly as the theme suggested size did matter in this game.

The game is easy to understand and play. The thing that I loved the most about it was the pixel art. I would love to be able to make that kind of pixel art. Another thing was the music it was well done. The change in the color of the screen combined with the sound effect when the elephant gets hit was a nice touch, and at the end of it all the message provided by the game was well thought of. Well done!

Thanks for checking out my game and sharing your thoughts. I will definitely try and improve the game further.

Loved the voice acting the game was amazing as well and my fingers are hella swole after playing this.

This was a really fun game. Simple controls and amazing art. The music was well done and i loved the sound effect when dragon ate something.  Also the bats were really chonky which is never a bad thing.

Thanks for checking out my game. Definitely will be working on the menu as I am planning on adding more substance to the game.

This is hands down one of the best games I have tried in this jam. Love the art style and the way the game plays as well. Minimal controls and easy to pickup. The game was a bit laggy during the the tutorial but after that it was all smooth sailing. Well done, really enjoyed it.
