For Mika, every meet with her, there will be some choice that will add your stat or not, you can try to chosee one and rollback if that choice isn't the right one. For Ryuko, it's more complicated, you can read the detail of the character on character list, what she like and dislikes. That will help you choose the choice... When you get the right stat, ryuko will ask you to come to her bedroom.
all the gallery that had thumbnail in it is released in chapter 1, if you can't open it or it is still blurry, it's mean you arent open the route yet... if you have finished the chapter 1 but you didnt open that gallery or H scene route, it's because your love stat of that character isn't enough to do the route. You can check the walkthrough about how to go in H scene route for each character
in the prison you should be able to get information about your mission through the route of the character, if you keep repeating, maybe you didn't enter the route or you have reached the max of the route (you have opened the Mika market).
About the sex scene, if you don't get it, it means you didn't take the route from the character, in this game it depends on how you make decisions in each choice so that you can enter the route and get H scenes from each character.

The maximum route for Youko is when she no longer offers any more jobs for this chapter. You can repeat the jobs you've already done until Youko no longer offers any extra jobs.
I think you've reached the final route of youko, but because youko's love stat is not enough, so you can't proceed to the final scene (h scene) of Youko. But it is a bug... at that point, Youko should talk to you... I will fix it asap, thank you for your report!
The MC has skills when entering the 'prison of lust'. Basicly when you activated the skill, it will increase the duration of sex from the MC (So, it's like you will get two sex scenes when having sex with the female character), If the skill is not activated, then you will only see the first sex scene. I also use this skill to increase the character interest of the MC.
In this game there is no forced content, the MC must approach them nicely (just like a hangout?) and then seek information from them. If you mean romantic scenes or sex scenes, you can avoid them, depending on how you respond to the route in each scene.
