I was able to figure out how to ground pound by reading your comment below, but I think that you should clarify that ground pound is S->left shift specifically, and not left shift + s. When you write left shift +s it makes it sound like you need to press left shift first or at the same time, when you actually need to press S first to activate it.

This is one of the best games from the jam I've played so far! Everything about it is really good

Really cool game! It took me a while to get used to, but that might be a skill issue.
