The main character fights and evades by using Spin, making use of the movement of the universal logarithmic spiral, becoming faster and stronger each time.

CoOl game design! even though I couldn’t defeat the boss.
I like the game and the art and each boss has its own way to defeat it. but it's better if a tutorial is given so that players are not confused the first time they play it. overall good job

Great artwork and a neat idea for an attack!
I really like that there are a couple of ways to damage the first boss. I didn't realize the first time around that I could reach his weak point with the spinning attack. I also like the little puzzle of the second boss.
It took me awhile to realize that I was being damaged by shockwaves from the bosses' attacks - the shockwaves don't stand out quite enough.
Thank you for your opinions:D I understand that my strong are not the visual effects, it was a mess to make the shockwave.

The visuals are really good, remind me of really nicely RPG crafted like Secret of Mana and such, I like the mechanics, I think its cool you have attack and dash that even allow us to float over surfaces and could make the character dizzy after a while haha its a really nice touch, I think maybe the attack could have a little time to stop, I mean so that we cant press and release attack a lot of times but its just a perosnal thing, I like a lot the game mechanics really. I rate graphics, mechanics, fun and music on top but all is great really!! also, if you have some time, please, rate my game too, thanks!!!

loved the game, cute character!
sometimes i would get stuck on the lamia stage and by the description, i thought that by walking around her would be enought to stun her, but it seems she is only stunned by the spin attack, the throwing mechanic in the first boss is fun but it is not explained anywhere, the fully charged spin seems to be worse then spamming uncharged ones and when you retry the game you dont get any extra one ups.
but overall i had fun, its a good game!
I fully understand the lack of clarity with the bosses, thanks for your comments, I know it's not very replayable. It was what I could do, I don't have much experience in this yet.

At first I was puzzled by the spinning control, but I soon got used to it. This is a cute and fun game. Nice!
I'm sorry about that, I had the idea of marking the path that Elodie would take in the different directions, but I didn't have time to do it (I honestly have no idea how to do it xd)

Very nice, love the graphic style and the first boss was fun, the second boss however I couldn't figure out how to hurt her? XD probably a skill issue on my part, but overall great looking game :D
I completely understand the confusion, you have to spin around her using spin(k) to make her dizzy. I didn't have time to add Ollie as a battle commentator, he would explain that to you by spending a lot of time without harming the Lamia. Thanks for your comment :D

Using a logarithmic spin as the character's main attack and dodge is SO cool. Having to do a full rotation to hit the bosses, but doing it at a limit so you don't fall off makes for a really interesting flow of combat. Being able to just stop the rotation at any time and landing back down is also some wonderful quality of life. The presentation and narrative was super cute and really brought it all together!
My math teacher at school was also my programming teacher, he told me that one day math would be useful for something in this world, this is what he was referring to xD I'm glad you liked it:D
I liked the design of the MC and the bosses, they were just so adorable. The way we can spin and crash or just get dizzy is a cute touch. Elodie's face when she falls is pretty silly. If you wish to expand it, it could definitely use some debugging after dying the first three times I respawned with 0 starts and was immortal. That and some more gameplay would work wonders, since we can fall maybe a stage could be made where we have to sort of plan how we spin to avoid falling between the platforms and so on.

Oh s, I think I definitely forgot to reset the lives to 3 at the start of each level, or well, no. Actually the lives are global, so it would only be at the start of the training xD hose are good ideas, although I'm never sure if I should take my JAM projects seriously, I really liked this one.Thank you for your comment, it is greatly appreciated:)

Thanks! I had problems with the controls, but I realized that it is more comfortable to play on Android because of the joystick instead of the WASD. But I didn't have enough time to add gamepad compatibility. Anyway, thanks for your comment:)

I like the character and the bosses, but I still feel the pace is slow in the game and I would love to see more action. To show off this girl's spin attack.
Because of the time of the JAM I had to keep it simple, I would have also liked to give it more action. Thanks for the comment!
Really like the art style, the spin dash and attack have very cute graphics, I couldn’t figure out how to kill the second boss but I had fun trying
Sorry, time didn't give me the opportunity to implement Ollie as a combat commentator, he would explain to you that you should make Lamia dizzy when spinning.Currently he only says it in his dialogue before the boss, that's why I row that the word 'dizzy'. I understand that it was not very intuitive.
pretty neat mechanic with a lot of potential. the second boss shows some pretty creative ways in which the spin could be integrated into the design of the game.
