10/10! Love the concept, fits the theme perfectly, and love the NES aesthetic!

Funny! Some of the text near the end was a bit hard to read though. Also, the into where you're just sitting there drags a bit long, had me questioning if the game was working. Don't let my criticism take away from how good your game was though!

I love the aesthetic and concept... but it doesn't seem to be working. Once it reaches the terminal it won't let me interact. A shame, you've really caught my attention with the concept and intro.

The art is my favorite part of this. The sprite for the flagbearer is so good. The gameplay is decent. But I really think the map is unnecessarily big. It makes it both a chore to navigate and also lags the game a lot when traveling long distances with lots of troops.

Can I give a 6/5 stars?

Tense and fun, felt like a stealth game. A bit short and buggy though.

I had this same issue.

Creative, but a bit easy. You don't actually need to worry about the different holes, you can just control the bottom one and ignore that part of the game.

Creative concept! The execution feels a bit frustrating though, a lot of waiting and a lot of watching without any control over the game. Faster spawning minions would do wonders.

Loved it! Super stressful at times, excellent sound design, funny concept. Only issue is that it felt too easy, I made it through without any strikes first try. I would love to see a harder version of this!

Cute idea

Neat, but it's too easy to stall a box by going between the same 2 squares repeatedly

Really cool game, I'd like to see what this could turn into in a post-jam version

Really cool wario-ware style game, I like it! I would love to see it get expanded upon in a post-jam version.

Pretty cool idea

It would be neat if there was a way to keep fighting if you run out of ammo at a large risk (like a melee, you can still fight but you'll probably die getting that close)

It feels kinda redundant to have no downsides to holding e to always collect bodies automatically; I'd say either make you unable to shoot while held or make you not need to hold the key down to collect bodies

It would be neat if the projectiles shot by the enemies could hurt other enemies or the one who shot them

Recoil gets extremely annoying when trying to stay on the bodies to pick them up

On some levels there are too many bullets available so with decent accuracy you can clear the level without ever collecting a body until the end

Excellent puzzle game that could be expanded on tenfold, extremely good for a 4 hour game. Now I just wanna know what would've happened if you took all the time available!
