Very nice, calming and educational game. Like the hand drawn art, sound effects, and end message for average performers :D

Really like the mix of 2048 and RPS mechanics. Lots of scaling mechanics but most of them flawed – once the table goes beyond 4x4 it’s really hard to keep track of anything on the board, I just kept pressing arrow keys until I could not anymore, and additional elements over the original three did not make much sense. But overall good idea and realization.
Great music and atmosphere. Even though I like the mechanic idea, the tools available leave me feeling unable to solve the problem. Maybe I just don’t know how to use cartography tools to measure distance correctly, but I doubt I’m the only one. I would love to avoid guesswork and be able to measure precisely, maybe learn from this game how to use the tools, instead of being required to know that already. Level 3 reference scale was confusing – are two line segments each 10km, both, or their base? Curved reference lines are similarly confusing.
“Papers, Please” in a toy factory. Nice art style. Interesting idea, but lots of room for improvement. Instructions could always be visible – needing to manually toggle them while they cover vertical ruler is quite frustrating, halts the gameplay instead of enhancing it. You could have a hidden mechanic such as cup with marker pens, conveniently of same colors as toys, that player can use to draw on the table, possibly marking correct dimensions and speeding up measurement process. A more dynamic tutorial would work better, gradually introducing mechanics instead of dumping all the info at the beginning – show, don’t tell approach. With all that said, great job for a jam game!
Solid game. A more dynamic tutorial would work better, gradually introducing mechanics instead of dumping all the info at the beginning. It becomes more interesting about halfway down once the darkness starts spreading. Good vibe, almost horror at times. I like the sonar mechanic, unfortunately I only picked it up once. At times the game seems too unfair with no way to avoid enemies. Controls could be improved, needing to hold left mouse for 10-20 minutes is not comfortable at all. Reached the 1000m.
Thank ye for yer kind words, but most of the graphics was looted on the high seas...
Also, glad to hear yer not a landlubber, but I've updated game description with instructions for those who arrrr .D
Intended to make another smarter bot who can bount or at least counter-bount, as well as instructions, cut scene, and replay option but time was scares and seas were rough...
Fair winds to ye!
Thank ye for yer kind words!
I intended to have another much smarter bot who can bount or at least counter-bount, to have bount indicatiors, rotating hands, animations etc. but blimey! couldn't make it all in time .D
It was designed from the beginning as one-keyboard 2 player game, so each player has only half of the keyboard at disposal, hence awkward controls... I agree they could be made better.
Ye old barrel of moonshine!
Animations would be excellent, if I just had enough time to add them (along with bunch of more planned polish) :D
Glad you figured it out, I did update the description with instructions, might prove useful to others!
pssss I made it up, but keep this to yerself if you don't feel inclined to become shark bait ☠️🦈
