A fun experience, a great concept and with a little more polish could see myself sinking hours into it!

What I liked

  • Lots of statistics and cross referencing
  • Charming, simplistic visuals
  • Easy to understand gameplay
  • Potential to expand and develop further

What I would change

  • The weapon requirements will sometimes conflict, for example I had an axe that didn't care about gender but also wanted a man!!
  • Sometimes the person wont give you the proper documentation, so you cant check their guild or rank, one weapon asked for emerald or higher, so I started denying anyone without guild documentation
  • Music / SFXs could bring add a lot to the game, especially as its a very simple, repetitive gameplay loop
  • My only other gripe is that there is no easing into the game, you are immediately thrown into having all the documentation to check and a long list of things the weapon wants, although I understand this wouldn't have been the case in the finished game, I'm just being nit picky!

Altogether It was a fun 5 mins!

thanks for playing, it unfortunately fell short of the gdd, but I’m happy with how it turned out in the span of time. Difficulty intensity was something that unfortunately never made it in.

Thanks for playing

huh that’s weird, I’ll have to look into it, but thanks for playing

funnily enough I have made much better games in shorter time spans, our main setback was definitely communication, which is a shame because the idea had a lot of potential.

Yeah there where supposed to be breakables and doors to add penalties and mis direction, and there was supposed to be a bonus for each exhibit you got, but unfortunately due to receiving assets late there where a lot of development issues

The lever in the starting room, unfortunately there are a lot of issues with the final product, a lot of assets where handed over too late to implement and heavily broke the production, a shame because I really enjoyed the vibe we where going for!

I’m looking at joining the jam, but I am a programmer, anyone with experience doing literally anything else lmk, would love to band together!

If you are interested let me know

If you are still interested let me know

If you are still looking let me know, would be happy to help

You still looking for a unity dev, would be down to help

yeah you are supposed to putt the ball into a selection option, and you can go out of bounds, it’s unfortunately one of the many kinks of the game. You can just restart the game, and I will look at patching it.
