you could add a speedrun timer maybe? I just beat level 13 but i did not time it :)

also maybe graphics could be improved and i would change to portal so it's 1-bit, right now it has shades of grey in the circle i think

i guess the transparency is applied on the full sprite, for effects but no gradiants within the art itself

right I was also thinking a mini-map would be nice, the whole system used to be 64x64, then we tried 128x128 and settled on 256x256. maybe 128 was better to have a feel of the whole system
