Ciao!

I'm late, yes.

So, if you need a Natural Intelligence music composer and you are having fun making a beautiful game, then I still have plenty of time to make music you won't EVA forget.

Let me use some formatting.

Danke schön

See you soon :) 😊

Nice level progression, smart and precise sound/music combo, very cool graphics!
I loved the particles blinking all around the levels, the gravity-singularity-globe-thing and the physics

Glad you liked it :)

You've spotted some weakness we didn't catch yet and provided us with some very useful feed... thanks to that we will be able to improve the experience a lot if and when we'll explore it for further development. We appreciate that a lot, thank you.

Thanks for taking the time reviewing our game!

And yeah, you're definitely right with your feedback, thank you for pointing that out :)

Bomba!! Grazie di averla provata

Sisisi, feedback megagiusto e utile grazie!

Bella, aggiungo il tuo gioco ad una collection di submission italiane :)

Hey! Glad you tried our submission and thanks for the comment :)

About the story: the Forest of Deception tries to deceive those who lie and bring them to Angràkos (the big frog, nameless in the game) so that the beast can feed its evil spirit. Elijah actually lied and was exiled for that; he initially identify himself as a liar but when, in turn, he's deceived he (maybe :D) eventually change and promise he won't lie ever again. His fate depends on choosing whether to follow the truth or... to follow Ruth :-)

Thank you, that's very helpful :) You have a good point on the items!
Cheersss

Bella!

Yay!

I didn't handle that directly but basically rotate the ground and objects that lay on the ground by 45 degrees. For the object standing on the ground, you don't need any rotation. Pivots for standing objects should be at their bottom. Standing moving objects should move relative to the ground rotation. This way you got that depth effect by moving the camera upward and backward on the ground. The moving objects will need some sort of dynamic adaptation for the order in layer to always appear in the right order.

OMG where's the characters rating, I need to give that 666 stars

Audio and character design made them reaaally interesting and creepy: absolutely loved that.

Very interesting mechanics and general feel/mood.

Follow the Truth

Ok, if I could I would give this 999999 stars for innovation, just because the art style really felt different and unique. This is a jam so it's not something I consider "necessary" for a submission but in for the everyday games, being different means a lot to me cause it makes this world of videogames more "picturesque"  and interesting! Thanks for that.

Was kinda struggling with interacting with card at first but that didn't ruined the experience so not a major issue for me :D

Great job and congrats for making something that is so distinctive!

Follow the Truth

Very interesting mechanics and implementation! Really curious to know how you handled some stuff.

GG :)

Follow the Truth

Essential and fun, really enjoyed this!

I also wish it was longer but really, nice job!
Are you planning to develop this further in the future?

Follow the Truth

Great! I thought it was impossible to escape from the orcs once you're surrounded by them but it's actually possible and I think that's great! I loved the strategy aspects of it.

I found you on another game page saying Porca Paletta... Are you Italian by any chance? We're making a collection of Italian submission and it would be awesome to add yours too. Let me knoU. And if you can, try our submission :)

Follow the Truth

This looks slightly similar to brackeys mechanics but funnier imho :D

Really enjoyed it and loved the colors/feel of the arts... It's fun and it feels good.

Great job :)

Hmm... Are you italian by any chance? I'm arranging a collection of italian submissions so if that's the case, please let me know and I'll gladly add your game to it :)

<3 Thanks! Yeah, we would love to do that too and thanks to the feeds we have received I think we will be able to improve its playability drastically.

Thank you SO much! Glad you liked it. You're totally right about the controls :S We figure that out too late thanks to people's feedback.

This is actually all 2D, the 3D effect was made possible by rotating some stuff and use some billboard effect. It was a pain in the ass for the colliders and lights2D which we had to remove, but apart from that it was actually fun to play with this configs.

This game is a lie eheh smart one.

Really enjoyed the concept, it would be awesome to see this game smoother and polished cause I think the idea is reaaaaaallly great!

Please test ours too :)

Ok, this was really fun! It's probably the best idea I've seen here until now, really enjoyed it :)

The secretary spoke a little... weird though :D

Just out of curiosity, why the milk to defeat teachers hah ?

I loved the art! Especially those kind of violet undersea plants! I had some issues with the controls too but after some uncertainty I kinda get used to it. GG!! Please have a look at ours too, I think you'll like the art

u.u I can't play it... See only a blackscreen after pressin Start Game. Is there something I need to do that I am missing? I had a look at the screenshots and got really interested in

Whaaaat? haha really loved this one! Initially I couldn't find a way to jump but when I discovered how to and how you made that action into the actual mechanic I was really surprised in a good way. Really nice job guys :) It would be awesome to see this game polished and explored further in the future...Especially in the switching thing. Please take a moment to check ours too if you have time.

You died. Nou haha

I enjoyed SO much the dialogues and the chance to climb walls instead of simply jumping on it... It reminds me of all the time I don't assign a slippery phys material to player/walls with the difference that instead of avoiding that you embraced that and that's reaaaaallly cool cause it just works good.

Good job guys!

Please try out our submission too if you have time.

Wooo! I really enjoyed the idea of "flipping" the world to change level!

If this is your very first completed project in Unity than really congrats guys, there's a lot of potential I think :)

Please check our game too if you can :)

I loved the bot-ball character, that's very unique!

We all have little time for making a game but I think ideas like this one really deserves to be explored further.

Good job! Please check out ours too if you have time :)

Yeah, we all agree with it. We didn't have a single full playtest before the game was uploaded so we realize that too late eheh :D Thanks for your feeds, really appreciate that :)

I liked the mood and audio! Nice job guys!

Thanks for sharing Anthony! I will play it asap :)

I'm searching for Italians devs here btw to make a collection of Italian submissions only, are you Italian?

AAAAAH ma l'ho già giocato e rateato ieri lol pensa te!

<3

Fichissimo il mood e azzeccato mega bene il tema secondo me :)

You can finish this game in about 1 minute after first monologue... :D Let me know if you find out how to  (tip: it's not a bug or something like that)

Thanks! Yeah, we should have put more attention to the controls :S We uploaded it last minute and we figured that out only when we read the first feedbacks
Next time we'll be more careful, these feeds are really helpful, thanks!

Glad you enjoyed it!

Looks great! Love the characters and the story seems intriguing but I didn't manage to escape :S

As others have already pointed out it would be cool to be able to skip the dialogue for better replayability.

Great job!!
