Sounds odd, I will look into it. There is a chance that he simply hasn't appeared due to people appearing being generally random (if it wasn't a  bug).

Good idea. Although there are many marriages planned, so I am not sure yet how that would work out with multiple people at once.
Maybe an option to select them, or they switch places.

I am not sure yet whether there should be a replacement for Pinky.
My idea was for that to simply be hardcore, because Pinky always does the best anyone could for the Demon Lord, but he refuses accepting praise for non-perfect jobs.

It definitely needs more content. balancing and improvement.
Luckily anyone can freely edit it as well using the Content pack system, but I'm not expecting any mod creators until the game becomes much bigger.

Currently known Bug for Mac: Content Pack export doesn't work properly for them. Most likely due to permission issues.
