Honestly, wasn't expecting anyone to do a tabletop RPG love this, 100% underrated. Very loose rules around a deck of cards with a good story to boot, absolutely well done.

I so happy I got to play this one. Just a really good mechanic, played with sound, absolutely crazy visual prowess and an overall good time. I was laughing so much when you quiet the people in the basement and they just stop. So absolutely cozy with a just an amazing ending. One of my favorites this jam hands down. I actually love it.
It's really cool to see this type of art style on display here. :D I love the main character, and simplicity of the game! This narrative, made me want more! Sort of like a whole point and click adventure game in this style? It's clear a lot of work went into this. Other people have mentioned the text overlap which I think is a pretty simple fix, but over all I'm happy I played it :D Congratz on a successful jam! See you in another jam
This being my second jam, I think the hardest part about game jams on my end is trying to accomplish what I want to do in my head, and attempting to deliver it relatively glitch free with the little knowledge I have.
This game seems unburdened by any of that. Which is to say it's a short confined experience where there's no dialogue, no tutorial, just music and puzzle solving. I did not experience any glitches, it was easy to grasp the story, the music was wonderful, especially the ending! Not once did I have to question what I was mean to be doing or how to solve each puzzle. It's amazing to see a game with such a solid identity yet so simple. It's an open and shut game, where I have no idea how you would do it any better. Congratz! Hope to see you again in another jam.
Just my second game jam, and I can confidently say that I've been out classed here. When I saw the 'less is more' theme I also thought autorunner, but the way we differ in design is where I think this game excels. Just simplicity of the side flip idea takes a lot of restraint, but I think it works well here for a glitch-less, easy to control experience of which your only concern is reaction time which was probably better for the development cycle anyway. The challenge then just becomes the look and feel of the game, which I think was also well done. This is a well made, grounded experience, with tight gameplay made by talented people. Well made! :D May I see you all in another jam.
Somehow very cozy fall vibes lol. :P Even though this was just squares, I think that this was brilliantly used to make a game in a short amount of time that not only gives off Cozy vibes, but is highly customizable in the way you go about your success. The less is more theme here goes absolutely crazy. This is just a game I would play normally lol give it more nodes and challenges to overcome and you have a solid indie game.
I beat it! Sleeper hit game! People are absolutely nappin' on this right now. Art was sooo cute. I think a game that dives way more into the relationship/adventures of these two with more art would be adorable! maybe a little sad, seemed like the slime needs more friends. Puzzles were good too! Really happy about this one :D
