For clarity, it's 3 to 6 players including the game master.

However, I don't think you'd need to change/adapt much to play 1-to-1 (2 players including GM) .

You'd need to pick three to four Joy in Small Things objects. Normally, each player receives one from each other player. In 1-to-1, the GM and the player would each choose up to two objects.

Some moves, ask the player to designate another player to write a Talk of the Moment. This distributes the creative load and enables a smoother story progression but it shouldn't be too much of problem for a single player to designate themselves.

I'd recommend to lower mysteries complexity ratings (as I do for shorter sessions and as demonstrated in the Replay) and to pick the shortest of the three proposed Rumors Mill.

Please let me know how your 1-to-1 experiment goes.

:)

I participated to many charity bundles and the process to have stuff validated and the transfer from Jam to co-op bundle is always long. I'm NOT organiser but I'd recommend to be patient and kind.

If some people overlook donating just because "Oh that issue is so last January", I think it says more about them than others that do the work to make fundraisers happen.

It happens to me all the time

The first "expansion" in the paragraph in the above section titled "Now featuring the expansion!" is missing it's P .

;)

Thanks. It means a lot.

:)

Feel free to give it a 5 stars rating (if you manage to find your way through the Itchio UX).

Hello,

Thanks for pointing out the issue.

I'll fix The Rolistes Downloads page ASAP.

Here are direct links that you can use in the meantime:

Character Sheet

Rumor Mill

It is indeed.

The game was actually the direct result of recording an episode of The RPG Academy Film Studies dedicated to The Name of the Rose movie

Thanks for your purchase.

:)

Please consider giving 5 stars here to the game.

Hello Camilla,

Yes!

If you pre-order the game now, I'll email you ASAP a download key for the PDF and the Handouts.

Same for anyone ordering later.

For those buying it at conventions or friendly local game stores, I'll include a flyer with a QR code to scan to get digital copies.

If anyone ordered the physical copy and didn't get a code, please email me at RosewoodAbbeyRPG(at)gmail.com.

Amazing. Thanks again for your hard work.

Thanks Jes.

I'm on the road for a couple of days but I'll make my submissions ASAP.

Well spotted. 😁

🤷

Crossing fingers

I just received an email from the separate bundle "Games for Gaza" that I contributed to a while ago.

They confirmed MAP received the donation we collected from Itchio.

I guess that means MAP is validated and this bundle here should be hopefully processed soon.

:)

I recommend sharing here tweets everyone post so we can RT and QRT each other.

Thanks for all your work on this.

I can't wait to dive in it after getting the bundle.

Excellent, the visual style is exactly the sort of thing I'd like to pull off as part of a future HR-inspired project.

:D

Merci pour ton enthousiasme et soutient.

Huge thanks for your review.

:D

I love some good old public domain stupidity. ❤️

Hello,

Could you confirm if the art is made using AI?

:)

Noted. Thanks.

I'm adding your votes to the total survey. 😊

Thanks for your interest.

The second playtest triggered the Rumor Mill several times with very interesting results.

I can't wait to write more about it as part of the report about the second playtest.

I'll post it once LaPelle Crew has the video of the session on their YouTube channel (it's in French though).

Awesome.

:D

Huge thanks for this enthusiastic review and for streaming a session of the game on Twitch.

Feel free to to post here a permanent link to the video of your session.

:)

Thanks for this encouraging review.

:D

I seize the opportunity to point out that a physical edition is now available via The Rolistes Big Cartel store.

There are definitely exciting additions to the bundle in there.

I can't wait for them to go public.

:)

Thanks for creating this bundle.

Thanks for your comment and noticing the pun.

:)

Huge thanks for this encouraging feedback.

:)

It's a bit frustrating how the parody/comedy aspect is the easiest to pitch but then I don't get the message across that the system can support cool stories.

I guess running more and more game demonstrations is the best way to get that message across.

:P

Un grand merci ❤️

Je suis content que cette traduction aie fait ton bonheur.

Itch is doing it.

Did you contact Cat Elm to join up with them?

(I assume that's the one you're talking about).

I'm not part of the organisation of that one but I don't see why it couldn't be expanded to include video games etc.

Are there other bundles you heard of?

I've just noticed that someone is starting a TTRPG bundle to support the Ukrainian Red Cross.

I'm personally happy to be in any (several) relevant bundle.

Count me in.

Also, please post here any news regarding this initiative or one by Itchio themselves.

I'm eternally grateful for your enthusiasm and support.

This sparks joy.

<3

Any chance you'll run it at GCOG?

Oh cool. I was wondering about this game after you mentioned it during your Paris Gondo - The Life-Saving Magic of Inventorying actual play.

:)
