Was a bit hard to control the swing but kinda fun when I hit something. Feel that someone as smart as the professor(assuming he is clever) would find a way to not expose himself to such danger.

Hi, I just wanted to let you know that the game that we made is a Virtual Reality game. We did go into this Jam knowingly that most people don't have a VR headset and that it would make it hard for people to actually try out the game. So if you have a VR headset lying around feel free to try it out. Thanks in advance.
Nice vibes! The aesthetics feel charming yet a bit unnerving as you venture forth. I imagined that some kind of evil had awakened that now threatens the forest. I feel that a story/urgency would help tie the aesthetics and gameplay together.(Maybe the player character is unknowingly the dark evil!??!) But the controls were a bit hard to manage, the dash was like a double dash with a temporal time stop and it took some trial and error to figure out the telekinesis. Great work overall! Mushroom power!
Thanks! Yes there is a lot to explore when it comes to the game mechanics but after some testing I think I want to keep the automatic eating but add some indicator to what the frog is going for next. Also there is a bug where the toungue gets stuck and that could be the gameplay instead. To make sure that the frog only eats flies and move objects away from him when he is about to lick it up.
Is it the 2d game? I haven't played it but took a look at it. I think the main difference is that you can easily overlook every action as the focus never shift completly away from your critters. So maybe limit the directon of attacks and/or give the critters a restricted area to move in(can also be expanded on as the colony grows).
