Thank you so much! The hitbox was definitely something that came up near the end of the development, we weren't sure how big to make it so it ended up how it is now. In the future it'd definitely be worth tuning the hitboxes of both the player and the enemies to make them a little more sensible and intuitive. Regardless, thanks!

No worries, and I totally get what you mean and I think that makes a lot of sense, it definitely puts a fair challenge in when you can't see where you're aiming. One thing I found when playing was that there wasn't much of an indication of what I'm supposed to be doing, you know? I figured it out in the end, but initially it took me a minute to properly understand what I was trying to hit. That's nothing big or anything, though, and I had fun playing!
Thanks, great to hear you like those aspects. The difficulty of the game has been a bit of a contentious point in development, and because the jam is only for three days we didn't get way too long to be able to balance it properly. Its current difficulty is certainly hard, and we were shooting for a substantial challenge, but I think it's more than likely it's too difficult right now rather than just a good challenge. Thanks for the feedback!
I don't believe so, it just stops at the end of the intro. It doesn't seem to freeze, either, as Windows doesn't give me a popup saying it's not responding or anything. I think it might just be an issue with my computer as it did some weird things when launching other games in the jam, so I'll try launching it on a different computer when I next get the chance
I really love the art and the atmosphere of this game, it looks and feels really great. I agree with the idea that obstacles need a bit of distinction from the background, but I picked that up in my head pretty quickly and eventually got what I think to be a fairly large score, so I can't complain. I definitely had fun with this!
This is really really fun, and feels really good to play with all of its audio and visual effects giving oomph to things that happen. The graphics are really good too, though in gameplay terms sometimes it can be nigh impossible to pick up the bullet after you've shot it if enemies swarm in its direction. I also agree with JBroook that it's a little slow, perhaps those two issues can be fixed in tandem by tuning speed, or something of the sort. Regardless, this is really really good!
I like the concept of this, although it did take me a minute to grasp exactly what the aim is. Other than that, though, this was pretty fun to play! It took me a little while to realize that sometimes you can jump the blocks by accident, so I agree with User8426 that a line prediction would be a really good addition. Regardless, I like it!
This is pretty fun, I really like how one bullet is interpreted in this game. The only thing is that it feels pretty unfair at times, maybe the speed of the bullet can be increased a little so that it's always possible to hit enemies rather then there being some enemies that you cannot destroy without letting others hit? Regardless, I really like this!
Thank you so much! We're really glad you like the visuals of the game, they're a little... unique in comparison to other similar games, but hearing that they actually look good is awesome to hear. Clarity in controls is definitely a major thing for us to improve on, we'll definitely make that a top priority in the future. And that's great to hear that you're planning on coming back, the leaderboard is definitely a tight one, and I hope you get your name on there! Thanks again for playing!
Haha, oh of course, I personally haven't participated in a game jam as actively constructive as this one before, so feedback is definitely something I'm excited for, especially if development is continued afterwards. And yes, the last day is absolutely the day where you need a cry bucket, but afterwards it's a big breath of fresh air and anticipation for what comes next!
Hey there, I'm guessing you were trying the web version. That one can take a fair while to start up, speaking from bad internet experience, so if you want to try it out it might be worth leaving the tab focused for a little.
I just saw your other comment about access being denied, can relate on that front. Unfortunately we can't really do much about that because it's an internet restriction thing that we don't have any control over, but the downloadable version would most likely work. On the leaderboard front, though, I'm unsure if it's blocked or not, that one's still up in the air.
I'm glad you like what you've seen, though, I hope it ends up working!
