I'm really happy to hear you love the aesthetic so much! I agree whole heartily that the final loop needs some more clarity on what to do which is something we will be working on. I also definitely see what you mean with coming back after the error. I think adding a little more to the message that pops up might be able to help remedy that. Thank you so much for playing and for the feedback. It truly means a lot! Cheers!

I'm glad you enjoyed the little "error" haha

That's really good feedback for the final loop. Those are all things we were slightly worried about but didn't have a whole lot of time for play testing. As it works in the current state you have to find 4 items and interact with them in the perfect order to proceed through the last loop. That being said, with some feedback from you and a few others we have re-written the last loop slightly so it works more like a check-list instead of having to complete everything in the perfect and precise order. We should be pushing the new version through either tonight or tomorrow morning so keep an eye out in case you're interested in giving it another shot!

Cheers!

This was a really fun play! I think it was smart making it so the buildings kind of shrink so they don't get in the way of the camera. I also really like the dodge mechanic, it just felt really good to do and it's well implemented with the timing. Something I would love to see is maybe hiding the mouse cursor and adding maybe a laser to show where you are pointing? It's nothing crucial but I think it would help line shots up better while still staying with the same neon theme of things. If you're able I would love to hear some feedback from you on our own game! Good luck with development if you stay with this project :)

I really like the core concept of having to balance how bouncy you get. I do agree the other commenter that sometimes it can be a little difficult to tell just how bouncy you are in the moment. I also really like that you have a couple different characters to play as! Would love to hear some feedback from you on our game as well! Good luck with the future development if you keep with this project :)

I really love the concept of this game! At first I was super skeptical how it would feel playing but it's actually super clever. The way you have to balance the gun swivel vs the direction you're trying to move is cool. I don't know if you're planning on continuing with this but I really hope you do as I think there is a lot of promise and potential. Would love to hear some feedback on our game as well! Good luck with development!!

Hey! Like others have said, you have a good foundation with using the force to solve puzzles and once you get that more refined and start adding more puzzles it'll feel more fleshed out. It has some good potential and I'm curious where it will go from here!

That's really great to know! We will for sure add some sort of extra decal/texture to better express what you're supposed to accomplish there. Thank you so much!

It is actually an intended crash! In the final version we are planning to have one final loop that takes place once you re-launch the game after that crash. Super happy to hear you enjoyed the ambience, and like you said we do still have some sound queues we need to work out. Thanks for playing!

That's interesting... Were all of the other controls unresponsive as well or was it just the jump button? I'll see if we can figure out what was happening.

Thank you!

Thank you!

Yeah it can be a little repetitive. We got a little ambitious in the level design aspect and made it a bit long instead of making more variety to it. Oh well, live and learn.

Thank you for playing!

Your game is extremely polished and the art style is stunning. Really dig the music as well. Overall it's and excellent submission. Great work!

I really love the art style and enemy variations. Think it would be fun to maybe add some different power ups you could collect. Overall a pretty simple yet fun game!

Really enjoy the chill atmosphere that you have going. The animations are really smooth and I enjoy the simplistic art design.

I really like the art style and theme you put together here. Like Jaxter said below, the controls are sometimes unresponsive and the camera is very close in.

I overall enjoy the concept but I do feel like its a tad easy. Overall I agree with one of the reviews below stating that the projectiles should be bigger. Or maybe even some that can explode near you.

Nice short fun game! I'm sure you're aware but you can kind of cheese it by hiding in the left corner. You still eventually get overtaken by a giant horde that has amassed though.
