Hello, I am a game developer who uses an iPad and Scratch to make games. I have multiple characters in a franchise called Nova Boltstar, but I want to make a kart racing game like Mario Kart. Three other games will be released by the end of 2026. The games have 90s/2000s references and visual Easter eggs, so I hope for a PS1/N64 style game in terms of graphics to match the vibes. Could Unity or Unreal Engine be good for that? Sadly you will not be paid for your work if you are hired. I won’t make money off of this, and because there are Scratch users whose voice work I used in the first game and will continue to use in the future, there is no way to pay them money, so my projects have to be free, and you have to be willing to work on a project not for payment, but for the satisfaction of being part of something amazing. Also, what all could I do to be involved if I am unable to work on a Unity or Unreal Engine game on an iPad? Any ideas on that question? Also, I want to add mechanics and controls that make this game good, and not terrible or shoddy, and I don’t want this to be a blatant Mario Kart knockoff. I want this game to be unique. Any ideas or suggestions?

Hello! I am a game developer who uses the coding website Scratch. With that being said, there are Scratch users who like to voice act. I would like to add voiceovers from Scratch and this website to future games, so I have a few roles that I will currently need VAs for. Because there are Scratch users, there is no way to pay them money, so my projects have to be free, and you have to be willing to work on a project not for payment, but for the satisfaction of being part of something amazing. Hello! I want to make a 16-bit baseball game on Scratch, and I want to render it in a way that I can include ball rules alongside strike rules. I have the game area rendered like that of Legend of Zelda in terms of perspective, but I want to add a strike zone so I can include game-accurate rules about balls and strikes. Any tips and ideas?

Ready for some balloon-popping, blowfish-saving fun? In this game, point the mouse at a balloon to shoot it! But don’t do this to a blowfish, or they will get hurt and you will get one strike. But if you let the blowfish land on the ground unhurt, you get a bonus! If you get three strikes, the game ends. The game gets harder after a few points, so be careful!

In this experimental DOS-inspired mini game, use the arrow keys to maneuver an airplane to dodge missiles being hurled at you! For every missile you dodge, you get some points, but for every one you hit, you lose health, so be sure not to have your health be at 0%. But if you get 10,000 points, you win!

Well, that rumor was debunked, and the film was based on a book in the public domain. So suddenly, and without warning, I am working on a Super Smash Bros-style fighting game with Tinker Bell in it! In this game, Tinker Bell will be a butterfly fairy you can play as alongside 19 other male and female fairies who compete for a championship. Do you have ideas for a fairy you’d want to see? You can base your idea on an insect, flower, element, or animal. Make your fairy fighter idea skinny, muscular, normal, or fat. They can be lightweight, normal weight, or heavyweight fighters. Give me ideas as long as they are family-friendly.
