Alright, I thought I had missed something because of the note on your game page.

Looks like the joke went right over my head, that's on me :D

I think the storyboard at the beginning was a great idea to give it some context, really elevated the game. Also love your take on the necromancer theme, its really different to ours and definitely way more funny :D Investing some more time post jam to give it some polishing and to remove some bugs would be worth it imo.

An option to delete parts from your inventory would have been nice.
The different behaviors of the body parts weren't always clear to me, it might be a good idea to put a short description of the different parts on your game page similar to how we did it with our game.

The player needs to be connected to the corpses as well and if you want to cast an active ability you need at least one red corpse. (like in the first and second screenshot on this page) Then just aim with your mouse and right click. At the bottom of the game page there is a table that explains what corpse does what.

Hope this helps :)

I totally agree with all the praise in the other comments!

Just one quick tip for working with pixel art in Unity:

If you add a component called "Pixel Perfect Camera" to your camera and set it to "upscale render texture", you can get rid of those weird-looking rotated pixels that you get when you rotate a sprite by an angle that ist not a multiple of 90 degrees. :)

Challenging an chaotic but not overwhelming and the concept is just funny af, great work!

I kind of abused the "Attention"-window popups to read the stuff thats on the other windows while time had stopped. Maybe it would be better to either not stop the time when these windows show up, or give the player the option to stop it anytime (though the latter would make it a lot less chaotic of course).

Outstanding animation and artstyle, but a bit repetetive gameplaywise.

If you walk left in the last level you fall out of the world and have to restart the game :D

I would love to see this project continued with an explanation for the mysterios shadow :)

Very charming and stylish game! The chase sequence was pretty awesome!
I really apprechiate the love for little details (like the random phrases on the game over screen or the way cars react when you jump on them) that went into this.

An option to use the flashlight with a mouse button would have been nice.

I think the controls could be improved with stuff like "coyote time". Maybe take a look at this vid on good platformer controls:

There is one in the first paragraph on the games page (:

Thanks for the feedback!

Did you put your browser in Fullscreen by pressing F11? Because there actually is a visual indicator, but you can´t see it if you can´t see the bottom itself :D (We made a little mistake that causes the game window to be cut off a little when the browser is not in Fullscreen)

Really smart and challenging puzzle game.

It would be more intuitive if there was some kind of preview of the scare- and killing range of the different objects when placing them.

Greetings from Dimension c137 :D
