Most of the game, Lewis seems pretty neutral. He's not really a "good" or "bad" person, even if the transformations are spiteful and selfish in nature. I'm wondering if, in future updates, player-made decisions will change Lewis' personality (For example, morally bad decisions make Lewis more cocky) in any magnitude, from slight changes in writing to entire story paths (though, frankly, it would make a lot of sense if it didn't, that would probably require a lot of work).

I'd like to ask if there are going to be any sorts of other TFs. So far, it's only person-to-person, where they simply  become an altered version of the character. This makes a lot of sense, as this game is based around making a harem. I'm wondering  if there will be some other things like object TF or BPTF.

I mean, technically, since non-anthros don't seem to exist in this universe, from the character's perspective, it wouldn't be a "haha, you're a woman now, do woman things." It would be more akin to grotesquely deforming someone so they couldn't walk properly, and stripping them of their consciousness as a person. And, due to the nature of the event, the happy-go-lucky game master wouldn't allow such a horrendous transformation.

Also, just, like, bestiality is bad. You made the right choice.
