Looks like my free account for the QR code expired… worked last year when I last checked it. QR code used to take you to this page.

Congrats on a great entry in the jam. Looking forward to playing this game some more.

Meur RaS ! I Enjoyed the Challenge and congrats on your Entry too.

I really enjoyed the aesthetics of this game.

You won’t miss the krakens when you find them.  The symbol on the barrel is supposed to be a skull and cross bones to signify poison or toxic waste. That sprite is only two 8 x 16 tiles and can only have 3 colours so it was a challenge. I still can’t replicate the bug.

I’ll take a look in a bit. Just noticed your username… did you find the two Krakens in the game?

Thanks for playing. Are you able to talk me through your issue step-by-step? I tried it a few times and couldn’t reproduce the bug you describe.

Thanks for playing. I will update the game with a fix to your fishy problem once judging is over.  Each game you can use up to 22 out of 28 scoring opportunities, you only need to score on 15 occasions to win the game. The best strategy is to take action against all the holiday houses at once rather than focusing on one at a time. If you get stuck press start and then choose ‘ov’ option to restart. Glad it was enjoyable.

Thought provoking. Great stuff

Meur ras! I used the local language to help illustrate the contrasting views, culture, class and economic pressures. Glad you enjoyed it.

Thanks

Great composition. Love the lurking kraken. Very atmospheric.

Cool pattern! Great stuff

I love the perspective and composition in this piece. Great stuff!

Love the dynamic pose and expression. You’ve managed to pack a lot into 192 tiles!

Great composition. The hands are fantastic. Thanks for hosting such an enjoyable jam.

Cool idea.

Great composition. Very dynamic.

Great idea! Well executed.

Thanks! Glad you liked it!

Thanks. The masts, rigging and ropes took a while to get right so I’m glad you liked it.

Thanks! I’m glad you like it.

Thanks!

Nice! And nice DMG

Thanks. Glad you liked it. Unfortunately time got the better of me. I plan to keep tinkering with it and will add some new features and stages.

Thanks. I’m redoing the code. The sprite limit is an issue. I did have a help/inventory screen you could toggle between but it had a few bugs so I removed it from the jam submission.

I really enjoyed the graphics in this game. Great stuff

Glad you liked it

Thanks.

Thanks. I enjoy tidying up almost as much as I enjoy retro gaming quizzes. Loved your submission

Thanks. I might expand on game when I get a little more time. I’m currently helping out doing sprites for a gb game which will be released soon.

Time got the better of me but I’m happy enough with what I managed to do in a short time (a couple of evenings during the week). I might look at some additional features after the jam is over.
