totally understand your pain points! I think the goal was to get as much of the functionality coded into the game as possible which is why the description explains gameplay with icons. We plan to continue developing the game after the game jam so tooltips are top of the list to add in!
The confusion is definitely our bad, we started running out of time near the end. We were hoping things would be more mysterious than confusing, but it's easy to see the end results are just frustration. (The blue bar is her fertility bar, which ups her chance for multiples, and the H vitamin ups the max amount of babies she can have at once, hope that helps!)
We're planning on updating the interface to make things much, much less confusing, along with some more content. We hope you still had some fun though, and will give it another try later!
