Yeah the event came to mind when brainstorming for some reason, and I couldn't help myself. Thank you for playing!

The "cheese physics" (lol) are all bevy_xpbd. The character controller is pretty rudimentary, it just adds a small force and roll-axis torque whenever the player holds left/right. So in the air you get a little motion and while rolling you "tilt" over.  It's not the best but it seems to behave well enough.

No, right now you just keep (Cheese) Rolling Forever. but in a future release after the Jam it would be nice to add more obstacles and maybe power-ups or something.

Dang that's really unfortunate to hear! I'm using Godot engine and publishing as an HTML bundle so I'm not sure why it would fail on Macbook -- maybe it has to do with your browser choice? (Safari?)

git doesn't handle zipped folders very well in my experience, but if you do choose to give this a try i hope it works!
