Locate the save data folder and transfer them manually, through a cable or stick.  Go to the AppData folder. Just follow this and substitute things in the brackets with your local PC equivalent.
This PC -> [Local Disk] -> Users -> [Your Profile] -> AppData.
Inside the AppData folder, you'll find three folders, the save data is in one of them.
You will need to turn on the view of hidden items to be able to see the AppData folder because it's off by default.
Just click on the [View] option and at the bottom of the pop-out menu should have the [Show] option. Inside, you can just turn on the view of hidden files.
I can't help you with locating the saved data in a phone though.

I had a similar bug when wearing the goth outfit as well, the breasts sag insanely. It seems to resolve it sometimes when I close and open the inventory.

I suppose it'll be best to describe it as I enjoyed reading the prose you had on display.

Sorry about the wall of text lol, I'm just getting unreasonably excited because it's rare to find games like this.

I don't want to come off as rude. I genuinely enjoyed the content that was there, the prose is absolutely beautiful, and it's elegant and detailed without being overly 'wordy', exactly my kind of prose. The atmosphere of the intro scene was great! And I loved being able to mix and match what exactly I wanted to do. I don't think any game has made me this excited to play it in years.

I may or may not have spent most of my time just creating my character. This game perfectly strikes my preferences. I love long, detailed character creation that lets me fuss over every detail of my character, what they look like, what they act like, and what they wear.

I had fun just messing around reading books, lore and dressing up my character in my room not, you know, moving on to do what you do in a game like this.

At first, I thought this game was abandoned but wow, you're updating at least a few times every month.  I'm sure it's a complex array of reasons, but why no new content for so long? You're obviously making this game for fun but it is just a bit puzzling. I'm not demanding new content, just asking for clarification because I don't understand.

Okay, this is going to sound stupid but...how do I open the storage room in the prologue, the one I need to open to get my sword.
When I click on the door, nothing happens.

Been thinking of upgrading, but I've invested a lot of time into this game. I'm concerned I'll have to start over, I'm too used to max creations points and I'm not looking forward to getting all the perk points again.

How do I get to 'Hotdog a random' citizen? The option shows but, it does go to a scene when I click on it. Do I need increase corruption? If so is there a good way to do this? Because I don't really understand the corruption system.

If it helps, I can tell you why I have an outdated version of the game.

I downloaded the game at v23.6a and played through all of it in a few days.

And a new update drops, I try to download it, and it works just fine but, when I try to load a save, an error screen appears.

I left a comment asking for help, but no one replied and I forgot about the game.

Remembered about this game, and checked up on this page.

I can only play v23.6a and not the other updates without having to restart from the beginning.
