I enjoyed playing and I returned to ring! It would be great to have more levels :)

I achieved 6 crowns for historical accuracy... Great game. Love the characters and the choices in the centre of the screen. I wanted to be able to pick another letter.... next time! I didn't know anything about this episode in history and felt I learned a lot in a fun way.

Technically I don't think it counts as 'eye' dialect since I write by sound. I'm from Yorkshire, too and write the accents of my childhood.  There's a lot that could be added to the Australia part of their story. But I don't know very much about Australia, so I'd worry it wouldn't be authentic. I have a few ideas about this, though. Thank you for the feedback, good to meet someone from Yorkshire!

Learning how to include audio is on the list for this year. I never play games with sound, but I can see how it adds to the atmosphere.

Originally I wanted to have William try to free his uncle from jail. However, more research  lead to the discovery that wasn't historically accurate. Thank you for playing, glad you enjoyed it!

I’m still a bit shocked that my submission was played at an IF meet-up in America… I’m glad you enjoyed it!

Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it. I'd like to make the drunkenness stat appear as how the PC would feel it and have his speech and confidence affected, too.  The strength stat should increase as drunkenness decreases. Knowledge and Potion affect whether you can win. I have a few ideas how to change the start to maybe make this clearer. I'll work on other endings in the second version, too. Maybe something meta like free the character from his story into the Tavern where Chaucer and his characters are drinking. Thank you again for  your feedback!

Thank you for the kind feedback!

Thank you!
