It is really challenging, which i like. Its graphics are cute. I saw a few minor quality of life adjustment you might want to add (if you are not making a rage game that is ;) ) when player releases the up button the players upward speed immediately goes to zero, you might want to make it so it only halves the speed, also you might want to make collision a little more forgiving and the spikes look a little like mushrooms you might want to add a shine or some other effect to differentiate it.
But at the end of it all i am only being this harsh because i really liked this game and want to see a full version of it.
I really liked the game, i think the gameplay is a little repetitive but that only makes the player feel more like a video game boss. The only thing i can see is that the game needs more dialogues as right now most of the dialogues are repeated over and over again. The movement of the 'Player' is amazing it really feels like a real player.
No you were not unlucky, before we exported the game i accidentally switched some layers and the endings are buggy because of it :( however we are planning on making a completed version of the game after the jam if you are interested!
I am really happy you liked the game, we wanted to add more emotions but unfortunately we didn't have enough time.
I don't know about levels but for stickers you can add a fan for speed or an upside down trampoline for more precision based levels, you can also you can add secondary goals like sausages. Maybe you can add moving obstacles like cats and add stickers to stop the dog for a period of time(like a food bowl to make it stop and eat for a while) .
It looks and sounds great but i have some issues with this game, firstly i don't think it fits the theme well although i see what you were doing and secondly there were some issues with mouse controls, my mouse would occationally jump from place to place which really disorient me and sometimes my view would get 'stuck' and i wouldn't be able to turn more than a few degrees in each direction. Other than those the presentation and atmosphere was perfect and well exceeded what i expected from a 2 day jam game.
