Makes me think of when I used to go fishing with Big Uncle Ricky back in my childhood. He used to use grenades just like in the game - once he even brought some sticks'a'dynamite! God may bless his soul in heaven, but deep down I know he resides in fish hell.

Thank you so much!!! FYI the high score is 5192 or thereabouts :sob:

To be honest I think all of your points are fair. I experimented with camera movement a lot, and I agree that EVEN IN MY EXPERIENCE the camera was really jarring at the start, and I couldn't fix it in the time allotted. Later on it was easier because it would zoom out whenever the distance was <100m ... but something bugged that display out too, and now it's incredibly hard to see that display on big screens.

(In my personal opinion) I didn't really find the slopes annoying, but I didn't play test it that much with that variation of RNG so who knows!

I agree the hitbox of the turtle makes it feel incredibly unpolished - during programming, it was a ball up until the last 15 minutes, and it felt fine!

Thanks for the feedback, I really appreciate it :)

The game is really easy since you gave the players a double jump, so they  can just jump over every gap they see with no thought, apart from the fact that the double jump is unreliable enough that IDK if it was an intended feature?? Also a bunch of dev tests appear on the left when you get damaged. The cover photo wasn't in the game but overall it's a good attempt :)

Best game of the jam! It's extremely creative, the art is really pretty, and my only critique is that there's not more of it! Great job guys :)

The art style is really cool :) However the game is extremely laggy (Unreal instead of Unity) and could use more songs :)

Cute idea, great presentation, but overall I think it suffers from the "I developed this game" balancing issue. Some of the games are unplayable before you lose because the player starts offscreen! Still really fun, and could be amazing with a little more playtester polish.

Cute artwork, very artistic/surreal experience with walking up to a wolf with the (implication?) of stabbing him. Life-changing

The level design is impressive and the caliber of making -any- 3d game is impressive given the short time span. It reminds me of those Mario Galaxy levels but there are a few QoL updates I would add - I got stuck requiring a hard quit, and it wouldn't let me move even at very low speeds. It's still really fun though! :)
