Hello everyone, the number of characters for the first chapter is determined. I have discussed with the artist the cutscenes and art style to use in the story, and we're happy with the final outcome.

I'll try to gather enough support to create all these characters and scenes for the first chapter. I believe transcending this first one will be the most difficult, but we'll get there.

As soon as possible I'll try to share some of the artwork.

Hello all! 

I want to reveal this project (the very first one) I started working on a couple of months. The story has been on draft for a long period, and it finally started to get some essence.

                  

See Me At Last follows the story of Mia and her journey to her inner self; three years after a tragic event that caused her parent's death and memory loss, she was able to graduate and start working. She's been on a continuous process for nearly two years, trying to recover her memories and attain success. Currently working at a lab and with the goal of achieving higher grounds, she feels there's more to it about her and what happened. How hard she collides may depend on you. 

The characters Mia interacts with will shape her nature, as well as her choices. All characters will play a significant role.

The story is displayed in portrait mode, text-based, with background pictures for standard locations and unique illustrations for cutscenes. Chapter one is under development, story-wise (sound and music likewise), but the characters and backgrounds are still uncertain. I wish to write further chapters, so it makes sense to bring someone on board who can relate to the story and will create all artwork, characters, and cutscenes. 

    

Characters will demonstrate their feelings/emotions throughout the dialog, depending on the matter involved.

Mia is a character that will gain some traits, relying on choices made along the story. Decisions will imply how you want Mia to relate and behave.

You have believable characters, and your artwork stands out from what's usual. I'm glad I have ignited the spark in you. I still have to gather support and then encounter an artist willing to join my story.

Hello Eliohhs, upon checking your page and Instagram account (mind-blowing), I have no doubt you should stick to your guts. From the various novels and interactive fiction I just saw, you have a way with words. Reading an illustrated book will be possible since people will be captivated by your art and storytelling. I'm creating a visual novel with Renpy because it's what I find most appealing to what I have in mind, but with the artwork you're capable of, you'll have a different product to introduce, instead of the "standard" visual novel structure.

Hello, is there any eye/mouth combination in the full version that allows you to create an expression such as pain/suffering/grief? And also crying? With tears on the cheek or face? It would be great if various expressions could be created for different moods or characters. The same goes for anger/rage. Thanks a lot for this excellent software.

Hi, I'll be looking for a street coffee shop, office/lab room (not easy to find if you want a lab suitable for different occasions) and a green area (park with a trail belonging to a condo, like a common area).

I'm going to buy your pack, even if I don't use all of them. This will take time but credit will be given to all community for the assets used.

Hello there, 

Will you be adding more backgrounds to the pack soon? I'm starting to create a small project using Renpy, characters will be in 2D, it's a small project and the first one as well.

There will be no animations, just trying to create an appealing plot and believable characters. 

Do all of your backgrounds have time variation (day/night)? Some might not make sense of course, but the ones that natural light are present.
