Ahh, thank you! It's my first completed interactive fiction project and I'm excited to play more in the space.

This is GLORIOUS! I love the combination of soviet aesthetics and the chaotic-yet-cohesive soundscape you've crafted here. An immersive and cleverly designed puzzle experience that I'd happily play with a friend. Also kudos to the personality and world-building across both game and the manual.

Thank you so much! The secret is having the player write half the story 😉

Wow, thank you so much for saying so and for the great feedback! I'm so happy it connected with you that way. I definitely had ambitions of being more audiovisual, including creating more pixel art and sourcing a whole lot of HAM radio sound effects, but I ended up having to use a version of Twine that didn't support images or sound (I have near zero programming ability).

Ultimately a needed constraint to get it all done in time, but I definitely plan on making things a bit more "tactile" in a future iteration ;)

I'm sorry the ending link didn't load for you! I've also had some inconsistency with the browser being able to open external links.

//SPOILERS// Each randomized scenario ends with an external link that sends you to an article or resource that represents the knowledge shared with you, such as a CDC article on how to purify water. Unfortunately it sounds like it's only been working for some people and not others. If you'd like to tell me which survivor scenario you had I can send you the intended knowledge gained. ////SPOILERS//

It looks like they're still accepting submissions! Just might be tough to get reviews before that window closes:

That is high praise, thank you! My hope was for a player or two to form that kind of connection 🤗  I used to tinker with pixel art a lot during lockdown so it was nice to have an excuse to get back into some 8-bit gif creation

Ah, thank you for clarifying, I was able to defeat all three monster emotions! I like that both their color and silhouette hinted to the damage type that would be effective against them, well done.

I love the art style and muted tones on display here, the word that comes to mind is "crunchy." I'd love to see more but unfortunately I'm unable to move or interact once I arrive at the crow encounter. Are there controls I missed?

I really appreciate how easy this feels for both pick-up-and-play and getting to know folks at the table. An elegant and tactile way to realize "closer together."

This is SO cool and I learned so much about all kinds of fish (a "troubling" of goldfish is an especially fun fact). I now feel sheepish about how poorly I tended to my own fish as a kid 😅 Finding ways to keep fish "closer together" while tending to their unique needs was a good challenge.

Submitted from the US here, I nearly pulled an all-nighter to get my submission in before my workday and I am feeling it. Wishing you all the best (and good rest!) as you finalize your experiences <3

I can't wait to see what you all have created 💙💙

Happy to say I beat this one! A fun concept to have to engage with my "ambidexterity," and a charming way to deliver on the theme at the end 😉

Thank you so much!

Will do, thank you!

Hello there! I'd like to work on a solo game submission, but would also be happy to lend my voice to other participant's projects if they're in need of some voice acting. Is it possible to contribute things like voice over without officially being a part of other teams and their submissions?
