Great and fun game, i loved the upgrade part and the shop, these systems typically takes time and you managed to put it together in less than a week very nice!.

The mechanics are cool and everything, but i have some comments 

maybe consider adding a temporary  invulnerability state for a few seconds after taking the first hit and destroying your shield, as what usually happens that i get hit with two objects exactly at the same spot and i get completely destroyed, which makes the shield concept obsolete.

Another thing maybe make the space ship more responsive the input , i notice that it takes some time to start moving after i press on the keyboard.

But overall this is a great game , with a good potential :)

Yes we know about the jumping issues, we already fixed it in our new version (that will be uploaded after the voting period), in the new version the player can jump without any momentum, and also the movement is much smoother.

We are also working on the walls problem

i LOVED this game!, 

i am really a fan of animistic games when they are executed right, this is game was executed right!

i love the theme, the cool graphics , the smooth character animations, and the relaxing music.

all in all, this is a very relaxing mind challenging game i have yet to see in this game jam!!.

Yes we know that the character movement and jumping is not very responsive,  we didn't have enough time to fix it before the deadline.

but now we have a new version with much smoother movement and more responsive jumping, which will be uploaded after the voting period ends :)

Cool and fun game, but i couldn't control the character well, at some point i was just pressing any key and hoping for the best.

I think the game is cool and soothing but if the controls were more reliable it will be even more entertaining :)

Nice game, Simple and fun, i have some small comments that in my opinion would elevate the gaming experience even more.

1- I noticed that the character start jumping after i left my finger from the space key, which mean the jumping logic in your game is triggered with OnKeyUp,  in games fast response mechanics like jumping usually are implemented by using OnKeyDown, where the character jumps as soon as you push the button not after the button retracts.

2- Maybe change the color of the platforms a bit because it some times blends with the background which make them hard to see.

3- Maybe increase the speed of the platforms with time. (i don't know if this is already implemented or not but i reached 1252 score and i didn't feel that the speed has changed).

4- Maybe some sound effects and exciting music will also be great.

Don't take this comments as a bad thing, i really like the atmosphere of the game i just feel with those comments you can unleash the full potential of this game. :))

Yes will already added a tutorial that introduces the controls on the new version, which will be uploaded after the voting period. and for now we will add some instructions on the page. :)

in a nutshell, you have different types of spells that you can use to finish the game.

How to activate the spells ?

First you go in-front the Color Palette on the wall and click anywhere on the screen a menu with different spells will appear.

Secondly: You can only activate the spell when you are standing on its tile (same color).

Spell Types:

Green: Create Objects when you click on the other green sign.

Red: Create a death hole by clicking anywhere while standing on the tile.

Yellow: Allows you to rotate different objects.

Dark Blue: Allows you to Move different objects by clicking and dragging on them.

Neon Blue: Creates a field of energy that protects you from the mummies, (you activated by standing and then clicking on the tile).

i really like the idea of the game, and the story was really fun :D

a suggestion: maybe changing the cursor to another would be prefect because it blends with the background and makes it harder to aim!

maybe change the short music loops for longer ones because it is a bit annoying.
