Cool game, I especially like the artwork! One thing I found kind of hard to use was the controls, and felt like it would have been a bit better with different controls. Other than that it’s a great game!

Fun game, I like the art it looks really cool! Sometimes it would be a little hard to move just right and I wouldn’t be able to push the right box, or get out of the way of the forklifts as easily, but it was still very playable and fun!

It’s a good game, but some jumps are a bit hard to make and I feel like if you could jump just a bit higher it would be better. Great work though!

Cool game, I had fun trying to complete it and escape the castle. Maybe some in game instructions or some sort of tutorial might help though? Rather than the player just having to figure out the controls and what to do.

The controls were weird to get used to, and sometimes it was a bit confusing to move the correct way properly. The idea though is a cool one and I think with some polishing and more time this could be a cool game!

Pretty fun game, the best I could get was 17. I felt like it would have benefited from a leaderboard or some way to see my highscore. Other than that it was pretty good! Especially with the controls they felt nice to use.

Sometimes the ball wouldn’t bounce sideways or the way I needed it to, but the concept was cool and not too hard

The controls are done weirdly, but aren’t hard to use and it felt a bit short, but it was still fun and the music fit well with the game.

Thanks! It seems like the balancing just needs to be fixed a lot in general, which I’ll try my best to do

Cool idea, it’s nicely done but there wasn’t many upgrades to purchase or many levels. I think it would be improved a lot if you added those and polished it up a bit. Nice job!

Thanks, The video and feedback helps let me know a lot what I need to work on! I was already planning to balance the game better and add some sort of tutorial, but would’ve missed a lot of the issues you found while playing.

I found myself playing a lot longer than I probably should’ve, but it’s just so addicting. It’s well balanced too, things always seemed to be priced well, and achievable without being too hard to work towards. The only thing I thought it lacks is some music and maybe some sounds for collecting coins, landing on spikes, etc.

The arts cool and fits well into the game, and it would be cool to see more enemies or towers and just general content added into the game!

We did too haha, I’ll have to make sure to check yours out!

Thanks! It means a lot to know that you enjoyed it and think it’s an interesting mechanic! I’ll make sure to fix the balancing so that its more forgiving to the player in the next update.

I’ve put the instructions on how to place pieces on the project page now. I just forgot about that whoops. Thanks, glad you liked the concept though!

fun game! I think it would be cool to see this as a finished game with some more polish and more upgrades in the shop or something.

I found out that you can place tiles onto other tiles though, I don’t think this is intentional but I’m not sure.

Cool concept, the combination of those two genres is a good one! Its good how you have to figure out who it was using what you figure out yourself, instead of the game telling you.

Awesome game, I love the idea you came up with of combining these types of puzzles with a racing game! The levels were cool and the controls felt nice to use.

Despite the weird camera, and the graphics it’s a very fun game! I like the descriptions/dialogue for interacting with the items, and especially love that the world is literally in pieces

Awesome idea, I’d love to see this as a full game! Took me a bit to understand how to play, what does and doesn’t work, etc but once I got the hang of it the game was really fun. However, sometimes I would be given pieces that don’t have anywhere they can fit, and sometimes I found that the stars and score and stuff covered up part of the game.

Nice game, I liked it a lot. It was fun and the combination was good, but it was too easy. One successful match is all it takes to defeat any of them, since the amount of damage you do is always higher than their health. If you fix that then I think it could make for a cool game!

Really cool concept, I would love to see this as a full game! The art fits well and I just love how you bounce your character rather than just a regular square Some things I noticed that could do with some work are the controls and the enemies. I found it hard to keep track of the panel down the bottom that I need to move, and which enemies I need to shoot at the same time, not sure if this could be improved or not but I feel like it could a bit. The enemies also took quite a few hits to defeat than I thought they would, and often found myself dying despite me landing most of my hits on the enemies

The arts good, the music is relaxing, the level design is good and overall it’s a great game. But sometimes I would have to narrowly dodge the water wheels and only just hit them, maybe if there was a bit more room to move between them would solve this problem.

It’s a cool game with good art, but sometimes I struggled to find any matches I could make and ended up dying. The concept of combining the two genres is good, one I hadn’t thought of myself and haven’t heard of before

Maybe gamemaker, but I also code in lua
