I'm not sure it seemed to happen randomly whilst playing the actual game.

The lighting was cool and I liked the jumping mechanic. The movement was a little weird at times as it felt like you were sliding on ice.

Cute game with a fun little secret.

Fun platformer with interesting mechanic. I was only able to beat three of the levels but it was still fun. I would suggest having the switching keys be different buttons though as it is hard to platform and hit the z and x keys.

I really enjoyed this game. The artwork was really nice and the effects were really cool. I really hope you expand on this in the future, maybe ditching the heat mechanic for more magic spells because it was really fun to switch out my spells. Only thing I can say that would make it better rn would be the addition of sounds but otherwise I really enjoyed it.

Easy to understand and was able to win. I found switching between chickens was a little hard sometimes but I was able to work around it. The sound effects were good.

I like the concept of the game but I think the difficulty of the levels needs to be tweaked a little bit.

I would suggest that when you die you auto respawn or have the level already selected in the menu so all the player has to do is press enter to start the game.

The mechanic is fun, and it was challenging enough that I really had to think and practice to be able to beat the levels.

I wasn't able to play level 2 as it was lagging really badly.

I enjoyed the mechanic of deciding which enemies to collide with and then which side of the map you had to go to. Therefore, having to plan ahead to make sure you aren't going to get hit by anything.

I would suggest maybe a lower spawn rate right at the beginning so you can understand the mechanics better before actually speeding up the spawns a lot, as right at the beginning it can be a little hard to grasp the mechanics and understand why you keep dying.

I liked the mechanic of switching between states of matter in this game. It was fun but a little buggy. I think if there wasn't enough of you particles there to switch back to being solid then you get stuck. In this state you are also not able to press R. However, I did manage to beat all levels and I had a fun time. :)

Fun game, really unique idea. I think a really cool idea might be to have a leaderboard which saves all your scores and it shows all you times after you die. My highscore was 1047. Was going to play to get the best item in the shop but there seems to be a bug that resets money every so often.

This game was fun, I would definitely play this game again if it had 20 more levels. With a bit of polish with the sprites and collisions I could see this being a full game. (You almost made me rage quit on level 5 because I am bad at platforming lol). One thing of note is that I got soft locked on level 5 after tabbing out for a few seconds, the player had despawned and clicking and jumping did nothing.

I enjoyed the chiptune music and the stir-fry level the most. It was fun to shake the pan to stop the veggies from burning. My only recommendation would be a way to see how far things are cooked on every level.

Never mind, I'm a dumbass x2. Because I clicked the upload project from the game jam it added it automatically and that's why it didn't show up in the little menu.

Jeez, I'm a big dumb dumb.

Phew

I added the game to itch.io but it didn't show up in the add submission box, so that was a very stressful 2 minutes.

Oh well, was gonna work on the game some more but it wasn't added so rip that.

Looking forward to the next one. I'll try and learn how the submission works with more time on that one.
