What an experience. On a more serious note, well done! While there was a slight disconnect between my movement and the camera zoom, this was super fun to play and easy to get the hang of. I wish I was in the room where this idea was born.
This is such a stylish game! I can tell your team had a really fun time this game (hopefully that's correct) and it oozes into this game. It's got a lot of personality :) but I clicked on the ads and it broke my heart :(
I also really your implementation of the scale theme - it's really trippy and surreal. I'd love to see how your team would take the scaling idea further if you were to continue working on this game! I agree with a few others in that I had a hard time understanding how to use the bullet sucking move and the feedback did feel a little inconsistent. But all in all, I really love this game's style and your team should give themselves a big pat on the back, especially the artists!
Really good idea and style, but holy fuck it runs really slow the further you get into the center.
Yeah we realized too late that the game had lags.. But thanks for playing !
The game has a really special look to it and it's really nice. Other then that the game was a bit confusing and every time I got close to the disco square (at least it looks like it) I just died for an unknown reason. The enemies are pretty cool and the mechanic of sucking up the bullets is creative but it lacked feedback. Sometimes when I pressed the 'F' button on nothing it showed the animation and sometimes it didn't. Sometimes I tried to suck up a nearby bullet and it worked and sometimes it didn't. So the game has a really cool idea but a bit more feedback can level up the game a lot.
Good job!
The teacup enemy kill you without reason sometimes haha. I agree that the game does need feedback ! Thank you for playing and for your feedbacks !!
Wow, this was quite the experience! I really love the chaotic style of the game and the idea is really creative. Well done!
ahhaah thanks !
oh that's an experience, i loved it!!
thank you !
This game is going to be hanged up in art museums and people will study this game as art in 30 years
I love the skeletons that say "gun" very politely when they are about to shoot you, i love the yass queen David statues, and I love the comically small guy that sits in a comically small mug that I will name Stephen
That’s so sweet !! thank you so much
Haha this is so trippy. Even the main menu has a really cool style
Thank you ! I wanted to recreate the style of the 90’s-00’s websites !
Wow, really cool art style, nice job! Nice retro vibes!
I like this style aaaaaaaaa
We have a very good artistic team :)
thank you so much for your kind comment !
That was an experience. The feeling of getting ever smaller as you go in was a really fun idea and made for a unique uncomfortable feeling that I really enjoyed
Hey thank's a lot for your warm comment ! I'm glad that together we were able to create the atmosphere we'd imagined, and that it worked for you !
I really liked the game, the bizarre aesthetics go really well with the concept!
Thank you I'm really glad you enjoyed it !
Very good concept, but even with the game running locally, there is really too much lag...
Hey, thank you for your reply :) .
Yes we realized a little too late we had lag problems in the game so we didn't had time to fix them sadly, but it is what it is in game jam, we'll do better next time ! Thank you for trying anyway !
