Okay, so I can confirm that new bug with saving and causing the game to crash only seems to happen on the two "Save Spots" in the town. Honestly though, that debug feature to save anywhere should be enabled by default -.-
Update: never mind this can probably happen in any save spot, I tried it outside the town and had the exact same message

JumpOverComplete_C /Game/Maps/Final/TownFinal.TownFinal:PersistentLevel.JumpOverComplete_GEN_VARIABLE_JumpOverComplete_C_CAT_0 was found in memory and is an export but does not have all load flags.
