I'm a sucker for this aesthetics, so I'm giving you 5 stars on the graphics, I also thing the ambiance is well done, but I don't know if it was intended or not but the audio sounds strange(?), like, when someone blows air into a mic(?) or like really old videogames, although as I said, it kinda added to the game's ambiance. I also got some glitches like the others mention, I never knew how the monster is supposed to behave, BUT it let me take a closer look at it, and I liked the design, specially the animation and the texture.

I do think it would be worth to polish the game further and maybe expand it a bit, for a week of work it's good and I believe you have something interesting here.

I really liked the ambiance , something about how the light in the sun interacts with the earth, asteroids and specifically how it interacted with the hands gave me a....weird eeire feeling...I don't know how to describe it, plus the music helped too.

The game itself is cool, I like the concept although I would've liked to see through the comet I had picked up, because my first instinct was to throw it to other comets or the sun hahaha. I don't know if you have anything scripted to happen if 2 comets collide but I think would be cool, and maybe for the sun too.

Thanks!
And yeah, I should have at least recorded a bang sound and added it quickly (it would've been funny haha)

Thanks!

Thanks!

And the trick is to shoot the turrets, it's easier because the cars stop shooting, it needs more balancing on that

Glad you fixed the export issue because I like the game, I think the idea of interpreting the "overload" theme be  sensory overload is great and I believe you executed it and integrated it really well

I like the concept and the art...and the fingerguns hahaha
I also like the enemies, the design is cool

My feedback is that I would've used the second mouse click to charge the attack instead of clicking multiple times and and think the game is a little too difficult, maybe spawning less enemies or increasing the damage the player makes or decreasing the cooldown of the charged attack  would make it more balance.

Besides that...collecting the pages is unresponsive (?). I know I have to use E to pick a page but I don't know how close should I be to the tree or if I have to point at the page....even then sometimes I just don't pick it up. On that note, the counter for the pages I collected shows 0 but I can see the bar increasing.

At first I wasn't convinced with the simple concept of just moving the van and using it to carry around stuff, but exploring the levels and the different and creative ways you found to add variety to the levels made me have fun, I think you have something worth developing further

Thanks, glad you liked it!

Yeah, probably I need to look into he drops and such or figure like alternate resource drops for the mutated and the normal plants.

Thanks for the feedback, glad you enjoyed it!

The art is really pretty, I like it very much, overall I like the concept, I took me a couple of minutes what I had to do to plant the green and yellow plants, it was pretty simple at the end, but a little unclear at the beginning, also I feel like the day/night cycle is too long (?) perhaps because I had no reference on how long it was.

Anyways, overall fun, and very visually appealing.

Neatly done, this reminded me a little bit of Ace Attorney for the silliness of the characters and situations.

Overall good and mostly, charming.

I liked the controls, I understand if people fin them confusing but after reading and experimenting I understood what I was doing, I think some images in the help section could...help, heh, with that, and I would suggest also adding audio feedback to the speed changes, like a sound when your speed increases by 1 and another one when it decreases.

Interesting game, overall fun.
And I like the contrast of the 3D pumpkin. It gave me some nostalgia as it gives me that feeling of the early 2000s computer stuff like Microsoft Encarta.

Also...I found a bug xD
Ok so, on the first level, when the player goes through the uhh "underpass" route...the route at the bottom?, anyways, when you dash down I noticed that the above route got moved to the background (i.e. got darker and I assume this is so the player doesn't collide with the structure), well it does that but after that, if the player falls into the void, restarts the level and goes through that same route, what will get sent to the background are some  of the pieces of the route bellow, causing the player to fall to the void...I hope I made myself clear, if not, well, here's an image to clarify:

pimkin goes weee

If anyone also gets this I'd recommend just going back to the main menu and starting the level from there, effectively reloading the scene (I assume).

I found this to be quite fun, I always love a Doom like game. What grabbed my attention the most was the presentation, I liked a lot that your main damage source are apples...I dunno, I just think it{s funny, and I'm intrigued by the world, you play as an apple dude, working for a man who live in a literal pumpkin who's being attacked by squirrels, it just makes me wonder what more is out there.

I also think the player should have the ability to throw a nut bomb that also serves as a bait by attracting the squirrels.

Overall fun, pretty cool.

Thanks! and yes, I'm enjoying it a lot, pretty easy to use imo
