You're so welcome! You're definitely in for a treat with Brough's games. I totally suck at all of them, but I find them incredibly inspiring.

Here's a link to Fjords if you're interested. May not be relevant for you, but for me your game had the same sort of lovely excitement of something unfamiliar. It's a (sort of) platformer with an emphasis on teleportation and glitchy mechanics where you are constantly changing the map around you. So actually, maybe it is relevant!

I feel like the next step would be to have some sort of integrated puzzle mechanic, but I also love the emergent quality of the game, so not sure how I'd fit that in... Either way, it's a great start, and maybe some space from this project will allow you to discover what you are looking for!

Well, this is just from the two games I have played of yours, but Kelp on Mars had those statistics at the end of the day, and this game has that cool graph on the right with home satisfaction and goals reached. I think what I mean is that I feel your games are unique because of the numbers that you expose to the player that are perhaps usually hidden, or at least not displayed on the primary HUD. Maybe it's more of a vibe thing, but I get the sense that that exposure is something that you enjoy in games! Makes the game feel more technical, but also more cohesive and full as a world imho.

Dang Gare, that UI! So impressive (along with the polish on everything else, obvi). I could honestly just run around and do nothing but watch the feather in his cap sway back and forth.

I could visualize myself on that mower, man... Move over Oculus, I don't need a headset to smell that sweet sweet baseball grass.

Seriously, well done. Perfectly executed.

Really great core loop! Made me feel like I was playing a Mini Metro-esque redux of Master of Orion 2 (except that I can play a game in ten minutes instead of ten hours XD).

Took a while for me to get into a groove where I was making it to my destination on time, but I did get there! Totally zen! You really seem to have a way with data, and I would love to see you lean into that. UI presentation is also excellent.

Maybe I'm just not familiar with your influences, but I'm totally blown away by how unique this feels! Like the first time playing Fjords or a Michael Brough game. So, great work! Can definitely see the potential here. Let me know if you want more specific feedback! <3

Did some tuning of the game this morning, so I made the hit boxes of the fish a lil bigger. We will see if that helps!

Wow, thanks for such thoughtful feedback, idbrii!

I likely won't continue working on this particular game, but would like to do a multiplayer game with a similar character controller, so these observations are super helpful!

Definitely my most successful dungeon garden yet!

Super charming, good vibes! Love the fish sprites. Also don't have a super clear idea of what I'm supposed to do, but I think collecting the kelp is kinda intrinsically fun!

LOVE the cherry swords powerup. Makes me feel like a real anime pilot.

Thanks gare! Also, full screen should be fixed now. (i hope)
